Happy 4th of July! Celebrating by taking Max on a long kayak ride and teaching her about freedom.
Today I met with President Macron in Paris. We had a great conversation about France as an innovation center for Europe -- given the strong engineering talent here and culture of entrepreneurship. We've seen this first hand with our major artificial intelligence lab and our Startup Garage at Station F here in Paris. They are both doing incredibly interesting work -- and it's why we will continue to invest in France in the years ahead. Thank you to President Macron for hosting me.
A nice night for a walk.
One dog. Two daughters. Three teams trying to build a better world. Four nieces and nephews. Five kid-free days to celebrate. Six years of happy marriage.
When your child can now make you breakfast (sort of). Happy Mother's Day!
Our first family seder. Happy Passover and Easter this weekend!
Today is Sheryl's 10 year anniversary of joining Facebook. At this point, it's hard to imagine Facebook without Sheryl. I always say it's never just one person leading a company -- it's a team. I know we face many difficult challenges, but there’s no one I trust more to work through this with. Sheryl, thank you for being such a great friend and partner, and for everything you do to bring the world closer together. Here’s to the next decade.
Baking hamentashen. Chag sameach!

Lunch date with my valentine.
First day of preschool. They grow up so quickly.
I'm going on parental leave for December to be with August and Max, so you'll hear from me a little less. We have a couple more Facebook and philanthropy announcements this year and then I'll see you all in 2018!
