It's pretty well known that garlic is antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal, but did you know it's great for your lungs, too? A study even showed it reduces risk of lung cancer. (See my blog post for sources!) I like to support my health with food, but one supplement I really like for lungs is Clear Lungs from @rcherbals. It feels like a breath of fresh air and is totally natural. Just my personal experience, but I used it when working out and didn't get out of breath as quickly.
