I’m living it up this summer with my girls, ADVENTUREStyle! I live in Utah so I’m lucky enough to live nearby so many scenic hiking spots. The girls are getting a little older so we want them to see as much of this beautiful state as possible. With 3 little ones, I’m always on the go. Sometimes when I’m short for time, I like to stop in to pick up my favorite burger at #InNOut . Pizza is life. Plain and simple. I don’t know if I’ve met a pizza I didn’t love. I love that this #2ingredientdough pizza recipe is only 10 SmartPoints on #WWFreestyle ! . To make the dough: Mix 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup self rising flour (6 SmartPoints) in mixer. Knead 20-30x on a floured surface. Roll out, add your toppings and bake on a sprayed pan for 18 mins at 400 degrees. I use 1/4 cup fat free pizza sauce (1 SmartPoint) with 2oz of lite mozzarella cheese (2 SmartPoints) and 15 turkey pepperoni, cut in fourths (1 SmartPoint). -Rosanna (@rosieonww ) #wwfreestyle #weightwatchers #wwtakeover
These 3 gals right here are my why! ❤️Being more active with my kids was my number one goal when I started WW. I was so tired of being the mom that just sat on the couch and watched endless TV. I didn’t want to be the mom that avoided certain activities because she dreaded having to run around with her kids. Now, we go out and look for adventures. I want my kids to see that I’m there to play with them and chase after them. #WeightWatchers has made that possible. I try to make meals that my whole family will eat and stuffed peppers are one of our favorites. It’s a super filling meal that is even better the next day as leftovers. I love that my kids are getting so many different flavors and eating something that’s good for them! These peppers are 7 SmartPoints for 2 peppers! To make ‘em you’ll need: 6 red peppers🌶1 cup rice🌶 olive oil 🌶1 sweet onion, clove of garlic 🌶1 cup frozen corn🌶 1 can fire roasted tomatoes🌶 1 small can of diced green chiles🌶 half bottle red enchilada sauce🌶 1 can black beans rinsed🌶 1lb 96% ground beef🌶1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Start a pot of boiling water for the peppers. While the water is heating up, cut the peppers in half (top to bottom) and take out all the seeds. Preheat oven to 400. Put peppers in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender. Start chopping onions and garlic. Take peppers out and place on paper towels to dry. Heat olive oil in large pan on stove and add onions and garlic until softened. Combine the rice, beans, and all other ingredients in the large pan. season with salt and pepper and taco seasoning. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Turn off heat. Add cheese to the mixture. Lay out peppers in 9X13 pan and stuff them with mixture. sprinkle additional cheese on top if wanted. One of my favorite victories along this journey has been running TWO half marathons in the span of 9 months. It was incredible. Before I started training for my first half, I had never ran more than 3 miles consecutively...in my life! But all of my girlfriends were doing it and convinced me that I could. I was terrified at first, but I had already lost a good amount of weight on WW so I knew it would be easier on my body to try running now. . When I ran 4 miles for the first time, I burst into tears. It was such an amazing feeling that I could give myself a goal and actually achieve it. I just had to tell myself I could keep going on those long runs and build myself up to them. It wasn’t easy but I started to love what running did for my body and my heart. A little more about me: I am a 29 year old wife and stay at home mom of three darling girls. I grew up in Ohio but now live in beautiful Utah. I love to exercise, read & swim with my girls! . I joined WW in October of 2016 when my youngest was 6 months old. I had 3 girls in 3 years and it really took a toll on my body. I wanted to make a change and get healthier for my daughters and joined WW! In the past 2 years, I have finally become the fun & fit mom I always dreamed of being! Start tomorrow morning with a fluffy bacon, mozzarella & tomato omelet! To make the delicious 3 SmartPoint recipe from @thymeandgratitude , you’ll need: 5-6 cherry tomatoes sautéed in olive oill (about 1/4 cup)🔸 1 Tbs diced onion🔸 1 Tbs diced peppers🔸2 crumbled slices of center cut bacon (the brand I used was 1 SmartPoint for 2 slices)🔸1/4 tsp garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste.
