A Sunday treat you’ll want to try tonight: carrot angel food cake cupcakes! 😋 . Here’s what you’ll need to make @pinkninnja ‘s recipe for 6 cupcakes at 3 SmartPoints each: 1 scoop Angel Food Cake (or vanilla) protein powder 💖 4 TBSP all-purpose flour💖 1 tsp baking powder 💖 1 tsp cinnamon (or ½ tsp cardamom) 💖 ¼ C unsweetened almond milk 💖¼ C egg whites 💖 1 egg (or ¼ C egg whites) 💖¼ C carrots, finely grated, packed . To make the cream cheese protein frosting, you’ll need: 4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese cheese, softened 💖 2 oz fat free plain greek yogurt💖 1 scoop Angel Food Cake (or vanilla) protein powder . Preheat oven to 350. Use non-stick spray to coat 6 muffin cups and set aside. In a small bowl, combine protein powder, flour, baking powder and cinnamon and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix almond milk, egg whites and egg. Combine dry ingredients with liquid, then fold in carrots & pour into pans. Bake 16 mins until set. For cream cheese frosting, mix all ingredients together. Allow cupcakes to cool, then spread with cream cheese frosting. Enjoy! #weightwatchers #wwfreestyle #foodie #recipes #repost #cupcakes

This salsa = a zero Points masterpiece! This combo of corn, beans & veggies is my favorite new #WWFreestyle recipe! It is such a versatile recipe and is the perfect addition to so many different dishes. I like to use this as a dip with tortilla chips or to serve over tacos (shrimp or chicken 🌮!) . To make it, you’ll need: 1lbs fresh corn off the cob, 1 can drained/rinsed black beans, 3-4 chopped Roma tomatoes, 2 jalapenos (very finely chopped), 1/2 cup finely diced red onion, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, juice of 1 lime, salt/pepper to taste!
