🌟Raw Sushi🌟 Repost @rawadventuress . Looks like the usual vegan sushi right? Well, I bet you wouldn’t think that this recipe is actually raw - without any rice! I used jicama root as alternative and finally discovered my favorite raw sushi filling.🥢 . I tried cauliflower and broccoli before, but this just wasn’t the real deal. Jicama got all you can wish for a sushi rice - great texture, sticky, mild taste. . And this was the first time that I made my own ginger treat as sushi topping. Since I don’t use any vinegar, I just soaked the ginger in sauerkraut juice with a bit of maple syrup over night and damn, this brings the sushi flavor right to the next level.👌🏻 . For the spicy dip I used... • 2 tomatoes • 2 medjool dates • 2 tbsp cashew butter • 1 thumb of ginger • 2 garlic cloves • 1 tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp curry powder • Pinch of chili powder • Juice of 1 lemon . There are some days when everything you create in the kitchen goes wrong - this was definitely not one of those. This was the best sushi I’ve made so far and it is a super healthy version on top 💚 . . #rawfood #rawvegansushi #chilidip

But, after switching my diet to mostly fruit in January and after 12 days on a completely raw fruit diet, for the first time in my life when I did the gold ring test on my cheek, no stripe showed up! That has never happened for me 😊️but I do make sure to also take @medicalmedium recommended b12 supplement everyday, because almost everyone is low in that 🙏🏼 baby steps to healing 🌿 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Crispy cauliflower buffalo bites with a creamy plant yogurt & chives dip by @anna.culina 💛 ⠀ Recipe Ingredients: 1 cauliflower (750 g leaves removed) 150 g spelt flour (or gf option of choice) 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp cumin ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp salt 2 tsp olive oil 220 ml almond milk, unsweetened 100 ml water . How To Make: 1. Divide cauliflower into florets and cut into bite size pieces if necessary. 2. Mix all dry and liquid ingredients in two separate bowls, combine them in one bowl afterwards. Whisk until the batter is smooth and without any lumps. 3. Preheat the oven to 250 C/475F. Dip cauliflower heads into the batter until well coated. Place coated cauliflower on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Make sure that they don’t touch. 4. Bake for 30 min. Watch them closely at the end of the baking to make sure that they don’t turn out too dark. . For the yogurt dip mix together these ingredients: 150 g soy yogurt, unsweetened ½ lemon (1 tsp) 3 tbsp freshly chopped chives ½ tsp agave syrup ¼ tsp salt pepper Enjoy! #letscookvegan

Also drenched it in coconut aminos and lemon juice! (Not pictured, but I also added diced pear into the salad - adding fruit to a salad is 👌! I gotta tell ya though, This young jackfruit with bbq sauce on it tasted better than grilled chicken!!! You know how sometimes chicken tastes a little tough? Well, canned young jackfruit just melts in your mouth! It is so tasty and I think it’s my new obsession! . . I was messaging with my sister the other day about all the new possibilities I can make with jackfruit! Any recipe you use shredded meat in, you can use jackfruit instead! I’m thinking ... . tacos salsa “chicken” Teriyaki “chicken” “Beef” stew Etc, etc, etc... . . Can you think of any other recipes? And has anyone eaten young jackfruit before?
