Our tour planes are out scouting the Bungle Bungle ranges and they have been a significant place to the Gija and Jaru traditional owners for tens of thousands of years and are known as Purnululu.
Spelt with a P, Purnululu is pronounced locally with a B, followed by a short 'oo' sound like the 'oo' in book. "That's where the Gija and Jaru used to meet for ceremonies, initiation ceremonies, #sayboonalulu
Bringing it in over the BungleBungles so green this time of year. The Gija and Jaru people are the Traditional Custodians of Purnululu National Park and they maintain their strong connection to Purnululu's ancient landscape #respect
Cruising the Kimberley coast at sunset #chillin
We are following the Jaliwang from the Miriuwung and Gidja dreaming. Where he dropped his scales is where the Argyle 💎 Diamonds came to be and where the Argyle Diamond mine is located today. Amazing! #dreamingstodiamonds #respect

Pretty Double rainbow over Halls Creek!!
This is one of the best optical illusions in nature. It all depends on the angle of the sun and where there is moisture in the air. Great picture @vincent_stevens. #comeflywithus
Rio Tinto’s Argyle diamond mine in the far north of Western Australia produces virtually the world’s entire supply of pink, red and blue diamonds. #diamonds

What a sight! It has been raining on and off in Halls Creek all day today. Can’t wait to see which rivers are on the rise and the stunning waterfalls forming all over the Kimberley.
On the 28th of November @shoalair
took part in a mock emergency exercise at the Halls Creek Airport. We were more than happy to volunteer when asked in an effort to make the exercise as real as possible for the emergency volunteers. Although this was a mock exercise it was truly inspiring to see the emergency services and personnel in full swing. Thank you to everyone who took part, and thank you @rachael.donovan
for the incredible photos.
5 stars for this Uber driver! An excited family picking up their boy from Balgo airstrip for the Holidays! 🏎 thank you Ash, great photo 👍🏽 @ashtriffitt
