🌟BERRY CHALLENGE WINNER - DAY 16🌟repost from @orangesandangels
Sorry for all the guys that have to read this...but hopefully you will share this story with someone you know who suffers like I did...This post was the reason I made my Instagram page to share my healing story as I had never come across anyone else who has had the same results as me. For over a decade I have had to deal with debilitating periods. I would get cramps so bad on a scale of one to ten they would be an eleven. The pain would radiate down my legs. I would get nauseous and would turn pale white and sweat from the pain because it was so intense. One month it got so bad I called my mom and asked her to take me to the hospital. I was crying I was in so much pain. Other months I would have to take 6 excedrin pain relievers just to get a little relief.... as if the pain wasn’t enough....my body would do this thing where I would bleed so much blood I would be unable to leave my house for a day because I would soil my clothes from the amount of blood I would bleed. Even if it was under an hour! I went to the doctor one time and had a sonogram done and it just so happened to be right before my cycle and I got lucky that they were able to capture it on the monitor, but the doctor said he had never seen anyone’s body pool so much blood before. He gave me a script called lysteda which was to help lessen the amount of blood you would bleed. I hated the idea that I took a chemical to lessen something that was so natural. But I couldn’t NOT leave my house....I had to work...it was terrible. I did not stay on the script for very long. Just suffered for years. Well, in January I started drinking celery juice every day. Three months into the protocol the most miraculous thing happened.... my period cramps went from a 10 to an 8. Now....that might not seem like much to you...but to me that’s the different of laying in bed and suffering for hours and the amount of pain killers I would have to take. I thought it was too good to be true though and my mind was playing tricks on me. Then after I started the heavy metal detox smoothie is when the miracles happened....a few months later my cramps went from ⬇️⬇️⬇

Enjoying my daily Medical Medium Berry Challenge even at the Centre Court of Wimbledon! 😍💚
Strawberries and dairy-free cream proves the tradition thrives through the progress too. 🤗🍓😋
I will be forever thankful to Anthony William for all his information on incredible healing properties of fruits and vegetables, saving lives of thousands of people throughout the decades, reversing all kinds of diseases. 🙏
It's extraordinary to feel the change - how the B12 (created by your body from the elevated biotics on organic fruit&veggies) has been healing my nervous system, stopping panic attacks in their tracks, managing stress like a different person.
Here are just a few benefits of strawberries by Medical Medium:
Strawberries are a sweet, delicious fruit that are also a nutritional powerhouse and an all around amazing superfood. They are packed with Vitamins A , B-complex, & E and minerals such as manganese, iron, and zinc. They are rich in antioxidants which boosts their ability to rebuild, repair, and rejuvenate the body.
They also have high levels of phenols, which act as an anti-inflammatory which makes it an essential food for those suffering from 'autoimmune disorders' such as asthma, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, restless leg syndrome, colitis, COPD, IBS, neuropathy, Crohn’s disease, lupus, guillain-barre syndrome, and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
Loaded with Vitamin C they help to boost the immune system by warding off colds, flu’s, and respiratory infections. They are also well known for being beneficial for age related macular degeneration and vision related issues. Strawberries contain ellagic acid and flavonoids which are good for cardiovascular health and can help prevent heart disease, stroke, and and help to lower cholesterol.

🌟BERRY CHALLENGE WINNER - DAY 15🌟repost from @nature_is_a_healer
It’s hard to say who got more joy out of picking wild black raspberries today - me or my baby. I clearly remember doing the same thing as a kid with my parents’ in their apple orchard. Since @medicalmedium
is highlighting the healing power of berries this month, I thought I’d share a little about how much his knowledge has impacted the life of this little child. I came across Anthony William in 2015, two months before getting pregnant. So Julianne has been literally grown and raised primarily on a diet of “life changing foods”. I feel blessed to have found the empowering truth being offered up to us all in Anthony’s life’s work. His wisdom has guided me through some very turbulent times into a much more stable place of health. As a parent though, I can’t always control what my kids eat. There are pitfalls... Birthday parties with pizzas and cake and family gatherings where cheese plates are simply non-negotiable. Instead of fretting about the things I can’t fully control, I’ve tried to lay a solid foundation of habits and instill an understanding of the incredible power of certain foods (like wild berries) were put on this earth to provide us. I try to plant seeds of excitement and reverence around the most nourishing foods so that my kids will know to turn to them as they grow older when they need healing or rebalancing... The process of foraging for anything (berries, ramps, herbs, mushrooms...) is such an incredibly grounding experience. I hope my children, and everyone’s children for that matter, will some day bring their own kids on a walk to find these kinds of treasures along the edge of fields and roads. #wildberries #medicalmedium #blackraspberries #forage #light #love #raisinghealthykids
| STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE | This Strawberry Shortcake recipe is the perfect decadent treat for a social gathering, birthday or holiday celebration, or for a weekend baking adventure with your children! The fresh strawberries drizzled with raw honey brings an abundance of healing benefits, and when combined with the coconut whipped cream, it’s hard to beat. Made with clean ingredients, this is an indulgence you can feel good about having on occasion!
2 1/2-3 cups almond flour + more for dusting
1 cup tapioca flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup solid coconut oil
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
For the whipped cream:
1 14-ounce can coconut cream or full fat coconut milk, chilled in the fridge overnight
2-3 tbsp raw honey
1 lb strawberries, halved, for topping
Preheat oven to 400F. Place the almond flour, tapioca flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix with a whisk until there are no lumps. Cut the coconut oil into small pieces and place in the flour mixture. Using your fingertips, rub the oil into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
In a small bowl, combine the almond milk, vanilla and maple syrup/honey. Mix until uniform, then add to the flour. Mix until the dough comes together (you may need to add a bit more almond flour). Flour a surface and roll out the dough until 1 cm thick. Using a rough cookie cutter, cut disks out of the dough and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the biscuits have browned. Take out of the oven and let cool for 15-20 minutes.
While the biscuits are cooling, make your whipped cream. Chill your mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes. When the bowl is chilled, remove the thick cream from the top of the can, leaving the coconut water behind. Using an electric whisk, beat the cream for 2-3 minutes until you get soft peaks. Add the honey and beat for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Assemble the shortcakes by placing a tablespoon of whipped cream on a biscuit, followed by the strawberries.

Two years ago #medicalmedium
was recommended to me by my chiropractor after I had bottomed out my energy with a trendy high fat/high protein diet. I thought I was developing MS or cancer of some sort because I was so exhausted and full of pain in my neck and joints, had ridiculous hot flashes, night sweats, ringing in the ears, freezing hands and feet, and looked like I was five months pregnant from bloating. And that was on a good day. I was eventually told I had Fibromyalgia and low hormones due to menopause. But the steroids and diagnosis was not helpful. I started reading the first Medical Medium book and could not put it down. I cried and thanked God as I read because I knew I finally found the CAUSE of my chronic condition - viruses! I went on the attack, but at first found it so hard to make what seemed like a 180 degree lifestyle change with my diet. That's where berries came in...wild blueberries, to be specific. I started making smoothies and felt better almost immediately (because I had been avoiding fruit for so long my body was starving for it!). Not long after I started, my daughter (pictured here with our dog) who had sensory processing disorder, started with smoothies too. We would strain the smoothie so the texture would not bother her. She even convinced her friends to start smoothies and shared our recipes. Now her diet, which we used to call "the beige diet" of bread, pasta, etc. is mostly fruits and veggies! As for me, I am healing all over with hardly any neck pain, very little bloating, and vastly increased energy. am now working on the 90 day cleanse from Throid Healing and my daily berrie smoothie is the #heavymetaldetoxsmoothie
! Thank you Spirit and Anthony for loving us and helping us turn our lives around!!!

💕We have been on berry picking today, and picked cloudberries (Rubus chamaemorus) on marshes in the Norwegian mountains . Cloudberries grows in the north of Europe, Russia, Canada, etc. 🙏Anthony William writes a chapter, in his first book Medical Medium, about different types of meditation and techniques to heal the soul, inclusive berry picking. Berry and fruit picking is one of the most powerful meditations that exist. It is a holy act, full of respect and gratitude to Mother Earth. Anthony writes that berry picking is a celebration of the overflow.
💕Following Anthony's recommendation is important to me to continue my and family's healing journey. I have healed from Trigeminal Neuralgia, Epilepsy Petit Mal, Adrenal Fatigue, burnout, allergies, headaches etc. 💕Two of my daughters are also eating after Medical Medium protocol @silje_gulbrandsen @toringul
to healing their bodies. 💕 My youngest daughter @ingelingulbrandsen
and cohabitant @clw92
, who is picking berries with us, in the picture, are also healing their bodies.
💕 I have had a lot of heavy metals in the body, Epstein Barr Virus and Shingles, which I unfortunately have passed on to my daughters too.
We are now all trying to get healthy. 😃So berry picking is important for us.

| WILD BLUEBERRY & CHERRY SMOOTHIE | This smoothie is as delicious as it is vibrant! It is packed full of antioxidants to help reverse and prevent aging and it contains some of the most powerfully healing foods on our planet, including the number one most nutritionally dense food in existence—wild blueberries! This smoothie gives you a great way to use wild blueberry powder so you can harness its nutrients and healing benefits, or for when you are not able to access fresh or frozen wild blueberries.
Wild blueberries are a true miracle food and can help heal and recover the body from illness and disease. Wild blueberries are the food you want in your diet when you have gone through any form of stress, chronic illness, trauma, or injury. They are also the most powerful brain food in existence, the most potent prebiotic there is, and a star at restoring the liver.
Cherries are the ultimate liver tonic, cleanser, and rejuvenator. Cherries promote healthy hemoglobin and are also anti-cancerous, specifically effective at addressing non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, melanoma, and glioblastoma (a type of brain tumor). Cherries sharpen the mind by purifying the bowels—they’re better at alleviating constipation than prunes.
Bananas contain powerful anti-fungal and antibiotic compounds as well as protease inhibitors which can help stop viruses in their tracts. Bananas are also particularly good for lowering blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, neurological disorders, diarrhea, atherosclerosis, osteoporosis, coronary artery disease, chron’s disease, stroke, and kidney, colon, and lung cancers.

🌟BERRY CHALLENGE WINNER - DAY 14🌟repost from @katidawson
Blueberry bowl with bananas and homegrown raspberries (from our backyard) in a cantaloupe bowl (after eating the cantaloupe) with a raw honey drizzle.
My daughter has been suffering from nausea and stomach pains daily (last 3 years) where she missed a lot of school this year, but still maintained a 4.0. She swim competitively, but had to learn to "swim through it". She's been to her primary doctor who told me it was in her head. The gastro doctor also said she had nothing wrong and sent her the heart doctor. He diagnosed her with Ehler's Danlos syndrome.
We have been following Medical Medium and his protocol which was a huge shift for my daughter. She would rarely touch fruits and never eat vegetables. Her diet was mostly breads and cereal with milk! We know her body is healing from strep. She now eats lots of fruits, vegetables, and potatoes! We know she is healing daily! Having creative recipes posted by medical medium and the community has been amazing!
Her body is healing and getting better every day! There are still hard days, but overall she is doing so much better which makes me a happy mom! I don't like seeing her hurt and in pain.
A great side affect is that Erin's face had acne for the last couple of years from strep and it is almost all cleared up! As a teenager having a clear face is awesome! I wish I knew this information when I was her age!
Thank you Medical Medium and Spirit for all your books, radio shows, and all your information on social media! I'm healing RA too! 😁 I love this way of eating! Here's to health and goodbye to chronic illness!! ❤❤❤ #medicalmedium #berrychallenge
