Intuitive Eating: After tracking my macros for the majority of the past year, it feels weird not to. I enjoyed knowing that my nutrition was aligned with my goals. I am now on a college meal plan, which makes it nearly impossible to know the nutrition facts of everything I eat. Therefore, I have been relying on intuitive eating. This philosophy is basically just based on the idea of eating when you’re hungry and stopping when you’re full. So far it hasn’t been going too bad.
