My favourite training sessions are resistance workouts focused on body weight, strength training and plyometrics. Try this arm workout and let me know what you think. Each set is 7 minutes. Complete as many rounds of the exercises in each set for a total of 28 minutes. Set 1: 15 weighted squat and press (3-6kg) 15 weighted side raises (2-4kg) 15 decline push ups 15 double triceps dips Set 2: 30 commandos 15 drop push ups 24 single arm squat and weighted press (3-6kg) 15 lay-down push ups Followed by: 15 minute HIIT sprints 30 seconds on 30 seconds off X15 Speed 17 #Puma #PumaWomen
