I’d speculate that the type of cardio matters quite a bit. Running is probably quite catabolic. However, cycling, rowing etc may be the preferred aerobic exercise if you don’t want to compromise gains in skeletal muscle mass. #issn #aerobic #weightlifting
REALLY BAD AT MATH .. The notion that labels are 100% accurate is a fallacy. .. Not only can manufacturer labels be off by 10% +/-, but you can see their math doesn't add up either (in case you aren't aware, Protein 4kcal/g, Carbs 4kcal/g, Fat 9kcal/g). .. Also, in this example the 'Light' version of these Thomas whole wheat English muffins is on top, yet it has more calories than the regular whole wheat version. 🤔 (But, then again, the calories don't add up...) .. Long story short, don't get too caught up in the accuracy of labels -- just know they're a ballpark estimate at best. And don't be fooled by claims of 'Light,' 'Reduced Fat,' etc. .. ..
