TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY with Ambassador @monicajane14 😱💙 - Transformations are not always weight loss👏 We understand that everyone has different goals and muscle gain + weight gain are also key parts of someones journey! It is equally amazing to gain strength, muscle, and weight as it is to lose weight. Here is Monica's story! - "I know most people’s transformations involve losing weight. However, mine is about gaining. I started weight lifting when I was a sophomore in High School, and always played sports. I was always considered athletic and fit. I was dedicated to eating healthy, but always went about it the wrong way. I didn’t eat enough. Fast forward to college, I was afraid of gaining that “freshman 15” people talk about. So I joined a gym as soon as I moved. I hit the gym 5 days a week my freshmen and sophomore years, but constantly at about a weight of 120, eating 1,000-1,200 calories a day which wasn’t even close enough for my height and weight. Even when I went for MEPS to join the Air Force I was considered under weight and was considered a “risk” at Basic Military Training. I found through some friends in the Air Force and started reading articles on exercise and nutrition. Shortly after, I began using their supplements and used their online calculators to find my BMR. Now here I am, 2 years later, eating plenty of food (currently maintaining at 1800 calories), counting macros and meal prepping. I could’ve never made it this far without the knowledge of’s articles and exercise database as well as their supplements which I still use today. - Do you have a transformation?
