Starting my day off is key. I think my secret is that I don’t skip breakfast. I workout daily and teach daily. In order for my body to be productive I need fuel. Food and nutrition have been eye opening with my fitness journey. I don’t “diet” and I’m 💯 accountable for everything I put in my mouth. I make zero excuses and have a healthy relationship with food. Leg day. Made it a little shorter today but went up in weight. Can I just tell you how grateful I am for this stuff right here??? My legs may be sore after today but they won’t curse at me. Lol. This helps to not make muscles so sore later. Plus bonus points for it tasting amazing!!
