Got called in to work an extra 12 hour shift today, but it was A OKAY 👌🏻 because I had the cutest patients & I had meal prepped like a boss on Saturday! I just grab & go and was all set to just focus on work today!

A year ago 🤟🏻 consistency is key.
Here's some uncomfortable content I had the confidence to upload... ♦️DMC about to go downand some content could maybe be triggering for others idk¿?♦️ First photo is me now and the rest are from the beginning of last year. When I tell people I've been on the low & high end of the scales, people are more likely to believe me about being on the low end but never the high end 🙄 I know 70Kg's is a weight a lot of females would like, that's the heaviest i've been and i'm not saying that's over weight, but I wasn't a healthy 70Kgs. Then again I've been 49Kgs, yet again obviously not a healthy weight. Currently I feel like i'm losing my drive to work out and am scared about falling back out of control... But then again having photos is a good reminder of how far you've come, even though my head's still not 100% great, or content with what I look like now. This is purely just for me and will probably remove this, not after sympathy, not after attention, not after hate. Just reminding myself of where I am now. 🤙🏽

Update on my physique post competition. In the left (morning of my show) I was 158lbs 5% bodyfat. The pic on the right was taken yesterday weighing 165lbs so up 7lbs but I have found my macros and been maintaining this weight for about two weeks which is good. I plan on maintaining this bodyfat and gaining weight slowing as I want it to only be muscle. New jobs impacting training a little cut my workouts from 7 days a week 2.5-3hours a day to 5 days a weeks 1.5 hours max but cutting back on rest times and my intensity is at an all time high. No excuses still getting after it. 💪🏼 #begreat #youvsyou
