What's your vision? What do you see yourself providing to the world? Are you unsure of what your purpose is or do you have a vision but it’s unclear?
🧠 For the longest time, I didn't know who I was and what my purpose was. Whenever I tried looking at successful people to see what they did that was different, I noticed that they all had this "vision" and they worked to make it into a reality. Knowing this, however, caused me even more stress and uneasiness because I just couldn't figure out what I had to offer. I believe that most people have a vision of how they want their lives to be and an idea of their purpose in this world. However, due to the lack of self belief and wavering of doing good actions, these visions get clouded which furthermore makes us quit. Good things take time and by thinking and doing good, we are constantly getting rid of the smoke surrounding our purpose. No matter what it is that you're doing, if the main goal is to make yourself better and one day make others around you better, your vision will soon be clear.
💪🏽 Let's talk about vision in the gym. So you have an idea of how you want your body to look or how heavy you want to lift. The ONLY way you're going to get closer to your vision is by putting in the work with an unwavering approach. Being lazy, skipping workouts, making excuses, and not believing in yourself will poison your vision and cause you to lose sight of them. The term "do you" gets thrown around so much but have a purpose and seriously...DO YOU. #doyou
Sometimes is easy to go, go, go... how about vibing out and chilling before movements? What is your body telling you?

Today we summited Beckler Peak and crossed snowfields en route! On the way down we decide to trail run and it was SO FUN. I’m usually cautious and take calculated risks. ❄️
You can see my hesitation on some of the turns, but I powered through and was laughing most of the way down 😆👌🏽Was I fast...no. But I am even more excited for my first trail race in August! Any tips from trail runners are welcome, including what shoes I should invest in. #conqueryoursummit #ulaandus
I've been told, "you're too small".
I've been told, "don't get too big".
I've been told, "you look better brunette".
I've been told, "don't ever change your hair".
I've been told every contradicting thing about my physical appearance you can think of!
And you know what.. absolutely none of the comments, both good and bad, mean anything to me unless it coincides with MY OWN opinion!
Don't ever give away the power to decide what is right for you! Follow your own heart and hold your head up high because you're confident in the choices that make you happy. You do you boo 😘
“Strength comes from struggle. When you learn to see your struggles as opportunities to become stronger, better, wiser, then your thinking shifts from “ I can’t do this” to “I must do this..”
I cannot stress enough how important progress pictures are for you mentally, yesterday I felt like I was starting to hit a wall with my weight loss which can be super defeating mentally. So defeating that you wanna just settle, settle for this is the best package I'm gonna get😕 7 months ago I'd thrown in the towel, but this morning I pushed threw had my breakfast like usual hit the gym and felt amazing after words. Snap a picture and 💥 boom same girl same tank 10 weeks apart #trusttheprocess #pushthroughtheharddays #noexcuses #youvsyou
No one in history has looked cool wearing a helmet. More importantly no one in history has looked cool with their brains all over the street. Safety first.

You will never truly be content with your body if you don’t have joy within. .
I’m so glad I worked on my mindset before getting in the best shape of my life. Because now, after having a baby, my body isn’t quite the same as it used to be (and might not ever be 🤷🏻♀️) I have extra skin on my stomach, my belly button has seen better days (pregnancy was hard on it 😂) I lost a ton of muscle, and I get winded doing what I used to consider an “easy workout.” .
But all of that is OK. .
This healthy journey I’m on is just that- a journey. It’s something I’ll work toward my whole life. It’s about being the best that I can be and being content with that... not comparing myself to the “perfection” on instagram (which is fake by the way 🙄). .
My focus is to be strong and healthy, and whatever comes along with that in looks is just an added bonus 😉🙌🏼💕.
PS- Now that I’m starting to get back into working out and healthy eating, I wanna start a 30 Day Fit Mommas group! Anyone down?? Drop an emoji below and we can chat 🙋🏻♀️❤️
