The Bench Press👇🏼
The bench press is one of the most important upper-body exercises. It provides amazing results when it comes to strength and it works way more than just the chest. The triceps, shoulders, back, and even your glutes are involved. It's a complex movement that can be disastrous if you get it wrong.
Try to keep your feet back toward your butt as far as you can while still keeping them flat on the ground. Depending on your height and body type, this is going to look a little different for everyone.
Like your foot placement, your back position is going to look unique to you based on your build and mechanics. Essentially, though, you should set up far enough under the bar that it's easy to unrack, but not so far under it that you hit the pegs on the way up. Squeeze your shoulder blades together to stay tight and protect your shoulders. Keeping the shoulders rolled back will guarantee that your chest is pushing the load.
It doesn’t have to be extreme, but make sure your back is arched! Arching your lower back will actually help you maintain a neutral spine and keep your back tight and protected as you press.
Grip placement is going to be influenced on your goals in mind and the comfort at which you prefer. Idea of their matter is to make sure you’re able to carry a full range of motion in the most comfortable manner. Regardless, be sure to grab the bar tightly! Keep the wrist tight and straight to provide optimal force.
Take in a deep breath, unrack the bar, then let the breath out. Before you move the bar downward, take another deep breath. Hold that breath and use it to brace your core. As you do this, think about bending the bar into a U-shape with your hands. Bending the bar will allow you to tuck your elbows naturally to engage your lats and protect your shoulders.
Hold your breath until you get past the lowering point of your press, then breathe out forcefully as you push back up!
TOUCH YOUR CHEST WITH THE BAR. Where you touch the bar on your body will depend on how long your arms are and where you grip the bar. Whatever the case, it’s important to this for tension. Tension is the key people!

Es súper importante este punto, ademas de por seguridad, nadar en compañía es una de las mejores formas para mejorar y empezar a probar que es lo que se siente nadando a los pies de otro nadador (drafting o chupar rueda y también recibir nuestros primeros golpes). En Caracas por ejemplo, hay varios grupos de nadadores que hacen entrenamientos. Estos grupos, además de compañía, son una fuente fiable para conocer los peligros inherentes a ciertas playas (medusas, corrientes, técnicas de nado, etc…).
Recordemos que no importa lo buen nadador que seas, al estar en aguas abiertas es un medio no controlado y cualquier cosa puede pasar desde un simple calambre hasta un ataque al corazón, así que mejor realizar una práctica segura la cual disfrutemos al 💯% . . . . . .

Some people may not admit their fears and true feelings, thinking that it would make them look weak to others. Although, you should at least try to overcome these fears, these obstacles. When I first found out I was pregnant, my biggest concern was what would happen to my body. I worked very hard to get where I was and didn't want to see it all washed away in 9 months. I put in countless hours at the gym, battled with losing weight/gaining weight, confronted eating disorders, and found self love. Little did I know I would end up falling in love with the changes. I've never experienced anything more beautiful than watching myself create another human. Everyday my belly got bigger, so did my precious baby. Every pound gained meant I wasn't shorting my baby of the proper nutrients. Now I can workout with greater meaning and I'm unbelievably excited to watch my body change more. Although my boobs can stop growing now pls and thx. 🌞
