One of the most asked questions i get is, what supplements do you use?
Honestly i really don’t think this should matter to new lifters, because supplements are exactly that. a typical dictionary definition of supplement is something that completes or enhances something else when added to it, so before looking on spending a buck on supplement ensure that your training routine and especially diet are fitted to your goals. Anyway, the last month i had the opportunity to try out these 2 pre-workout, “mammoth pump” and “C4 ultimate”. When i search for pre-workout the most important ingredients i want in, are to start off creatine, citrulline and beta-alanine.
The main reason why creatine came first on the list, is because it probably the most proven to work supplements so far (there are various types of creatine and a breakdown on them can be for the next post), creatine provides a source of energy for muscle cells and the more creatine available then potentially the longer your training will be, each scoop of C4 has 750mg of creatine and so does mammoth pump (but for many various reasons including cost difference i would generally take 2 scoops of mammoth against 1 scoop of C4). Second on the list is citrulline malate which is known for delaying the onset of fatigue during intense training and increase muscle pump during workouts, C4 has 6000mg per scoop while mammoth has only 3000 mg per scoop. and the third on the list was Beta-Alanine which is known to increase muscular endurance. These are some of the main ingredients i look for but it not all i look for, i also want to know the coffee contents, etc… I don’t want to drag this post for longer than i already did, so should you need more information feel free to send me an inquiry and i will reply.
So honestly i would recommend mammoth pump rather than C4, i personally think i get a better pump on it, but remember i take 2 scoops compared to 1 scoop of C4. •

Just finished our 2nd week with the STRONG(Her) Group.
We spent the first 20 min working on core bracing and tension work.
This phase is VERY important to getting stronger.
A lot of people, male or female, have a hard time really digging in and creating tension in their body. It’s an uncomfortable feeling that many don’t like to push themselves too, but once you have learned how to dig down and really engage, you can find out how STRONG you actually are.
The ladies are all ready starting to transform and trust the process of what it takes to reach their goals.
