I’ve had a ton of people ask me what shoes I usually train in. The truth is I don’t have a go-to and some of my choices might seem a little odd...
Really the only “normal” training shoes I use are these @strike_mvmnt
chill pills. They are honestly the comfiest shoes in the world and light as heck. And no... I’m in no way affiliated with them. They’re way too cool for me 😂 Go get ya some!
My other shoe choices for lifting might surprise you. I’m constantly wearing @vans
in the weightroom. I love the feel of how flat and stable they are. I like to squat in a flat shoe rather that anything with a raised heel. It forces me to move through full ankle dorsiflexion to still reach a full ROM squat. Also I rock vans everywhere else so it just makes life easier not to pack another pair of shoes.

. Again super comfy, flat, simple, kinda weird to wear in a gym but screw it.
I’ve also worn indoor soccer shoes in the past as well for all of the same reasons.
The truth is... if I can move well in them I simply don’t care. Rock whatever you want if it makes sense to you! #DoYou
