“Problems hit the gym, they all work out.” 😋 | In all seriousness, I was grumpy yesterday from the gym closing early and woke up not feeling so hot this morning, but coming to the gym made that all go away. I’ve noticed I’m definitely a little moody on days where I don’t go to the gym in the morning. 😅 Anyone else relate or is that just me? 🙋🏻♀️
Did a back and bi’s workout plus a little cardio to kick off the week. For the seated cable rows, I made sure to keep my hips tucked so that I wouldn’t arch my lower back and I really paid attention to keeping the rest of my body from moving with each rep. I especially tried to keep my shoulders from rotating so that I was for sure focusing on my back muscles with this exercise. 💪🏼
