exercise series is an awesome single joint exercise to help build the shape of your arms! They’ll look just like this —-> 💪🏽in no time!
〰️Stand on the middle of the band with one foot or both feet to increase the challenge.
〰️Hold the handles by your thighs, palms facing away.
〰️Squeeze your biceps to lift the resistance band handles until they are at shoulder height
〰️Keep the wrists neutral and elbows close to your sides.
〰️At the top of the movement, actively squeeze the biceps again.
〰️Lower back down slowly, working as hard on the lowering phase as the lift and repeat.
〰️Go flex in the mirror & check your pump!

Today I hit chest and back with high volume, between 10-16 reps for everything, the back pump today was simply unreal!

This quote made me chuckle, but it also is so true! Everyone has something they struggle with when it comes to fitness. For me, it's my diet.
It's not that I don't enjoy eating healthy, I do, but sometimes I have absolutely no motivation to cook when I get home (I have no clue how mom's do it!) One of my goals is the start healthy eating habits, which ties into my fitness goals of building lean muscle!
You can put a whole lot of work into your workouts, but if you don't eat the right foods and fuel for your body, you won't see the improvements in the gym!
So, hang in there! If your starting a new workout plan and are changing things in your diet, keep with it (I'm saying this for my benefit, it's a self pep talk!), it won't be easy, but it the end, it be worth it!
