After a 60+ hour work week and 2 summer classes still managed to hit the gym 5 times this week and have a great lift today. Everyday isn’t always easy but you gotta zone in and focus on your priorities. Steadily growing each and every week. Excited to start the new week tomorrow 🙌🏻🔥😎👊🏻

Personaly, one of the best SPECIFIC exercises to improve our maximum strenght on rope, but also to improve our endurance if we perform longer sets with shorter rest, will be the "one arm suspension + shoulder engagement" Performing an internal rotation when we are in relax position, and an external rotation when we engage the shoulder (light depresion and downward rotation of scapula), with a proper technique and focusing on our SPECIFIC targets, we will improve from one of the best and specific one-armed exercises. .
Training example (maximal/submaximal strength 90%-95% RM): 5 sets (each arm) x 3 reps one-armed with extra weight. Rest 2'30'' .
Flexibility is of vital importance us as athletes, since it helps us balance different muscular groups that are constantly being overused because of our physical activities.
Hands and forearm stretching (flexors, extensors, brachioradialis, flexor carpi ulnaris muscle, palaris longus, etc...) will be CRUCIAL to improve our phisical potential, but also to avoid possibles injuries. .

Happy Sunday! I have a Sunday Suggestion for you all. I often overlook the importance of exercising regularly, but when I do I feel so much better. My body feels refreshed after and I’m more inclined to make healthy eating choices, because who wants to lose all the progress they just made! Exercising regularly can even increase your lifespan and help you sleep better. This means your sleep is more effective while your brain flushes out the toxins that build up during the day. For me personally, i am so much more energized after and can focus more easily. I used to worry about losing an hour of studying to exercise, but I can tell you it’s well worth it because staying cooped up indoors stressing and studying all day can really take a toll. I wasn’t initially a huge fan of running, but a great way to build up endurance’s the beginning is to get yourself in a routine and make markers for yourself. For example I like to run on a trail but there’s about a mile of road until you actually reach it. So I used to run half the mile without stopping then walk and then run again. And that routine gradually increased to running the whole mile to the trail to 1.5 miles to the bridge near the river and so forth. With markers you can really measure your progress. Listening to music also really helps me and is crucial! I usually jam out and forget all about the fact that I’m even running. However, don’t forget to be AWARE of your surroundings and never blast it so loud that you can’t hear what’s going around you. Safety comes first. **its starts with the heart**

Weekend Wisdoms: Last night at a friend’s BBQ we started talking about how success is relative. Growing a brand requires so many moving parts; never slowing down and always developing new things. Assuming success means doubling revenues or continuously getting bigger and better product? What if instead, you stay right where you are? (Talking to myself here). If I compare myself to bigger brands, I have so far to go. But why push so hard? I have finally reached a place where I could stop pushing SO HARD forward because I no longer depend on that momentum for survival. My very first To-Do list is just as long as my current one. No point putting more enthusiasm and more time into something that will absolutely not impact you in 2 years than in a craft that will allow to improve and be better than who you were yesterday
Life like working out. There’s no pain in the comfort zone. But is that really where you want to live? You either allow that burning feeling to break you or turn that pain into your motivation. These were a great added finisher to my leg/ab day. Now I won’t be walking for the rest of the day.
