Alright @queenteam , this queen just killed (or was killed by...?🤔🧐) arm day! I looove arm day, so I was psyched to see it was first this week. I know most of you probably did it yesterday (👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼) but I am currently incapable of working out on mondays. It’s a psychological barrier I don’t think I can ever overcome. Tuesday it is! I only did the first 3 circuits because I think my arms would fall off if I tried to do more. I generally don’t do more than 3 cause I’m seriously struggling by the end... is this normal?? Never did shoulder isolation exercises for the 2.5 years I've been lifting. I felt that the upper body compound movements I did was enough for me. But when your goals change, your plans change. I targeted my shoulders since March this year, and this is where I'm at now, I built some #babydelts . 😀 All I'm saying is when you have goals, make a plan to reach them, and stick to it. This is my progress for 3 months. Imagine where you'll be in a year. Imagine where you are now if only you started last year when you said you would. This is me every morning. A proper #baglady . I leave for work with my gym bag, food peeking out of my purse gripping a #LaCroix and these days some coffee I make at home (black... #IAintGotNoRoomIyMacrosForThatYummyAlmondMilk ). It used to stress me out having so much to manage. I wanted to just walk out the door and figure things out as I go. But with the implementation, and practice, of more structure I feel SO MUCH BETTER. I love knowing that I’ve got what I need and that I don’t need to think about what I’ll eat for lunch or when I’ll get that workout in. Now I KNOW when it’s all happening. Ahhhhhhhhhh 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Don’t get me wrong. It takes work and preparation but those things slowly become routine. And the benefit is that I don’t panic about whether I can eat that cupcake (SEE MY STORY). - Life will still throw curveballs. Today ended up being one of those. But I’m just going to roll with it anyway and stay chill. Because tomorrow’s a new day and I’ll have a chance to do things in the order I’d like.
