, this queen just killed (or was killed by...?🤔🧐) arm day! I looove arm day, so I was psyched to see it was first this week. I know most of you probably did it yesterday (👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼) but I am currently incapable of working out on mondays. It’s a psychological barrier I don’t think I can ever overcome. Tuesday it is! I only did the first 3 circuits because I think my arms would fall off if I tried to do more. I generally don’t do more than 3 cause I’m seriously struggling by the end... is this normal?? How did you guys start out and how quickly did you start to feel able to do more? Love you ladies already — thanks so much for being so welcoming!! 😘😘😘☀️☀️☀️

Had the best squat and deadlift session today! 🙌🏽🎉 Did pause squats and sumo deadlifts followed by accessories. 😁
Form is looking better each day with squats and sumo dead’s and most importantly, NO PAIN! 🙈 Very very happy I get to do all 3 lifts again.

Never did shoulder isolation exercises for the 2.5 years I've been lifting. I felt that the upper body compound movements I did was enough for me. But when your goals change, your plans change. I targeted my shoulders since March this year, and this is where I'm at now, I built some #babydelts
. 😀 All I'm saying is when you have goals, make a plan to reach them, and stick to it. This is my progress for 3 months. Imagine where you'll be in a year. Imagine where you are now if only you started last year when you said you would. Also for the ladies, it's 2018! 😂 Lifting will not make you bulky! It's freaking hard for a natural woman to build muscles and keep them, even if you train specifically for it! 😅
