Discipline and dedication is how we lose the weight, and keep it off.
My in 2015 was impressively fast, 110 lbs. gone in 5.5 months. and 1000000% consistency and effort. is indeed something to be pleased about, considering I was my whole life, and only started my when I was 41 years of age.
Also, water intake is key. I didn't drink any shakes, took no vitamins/supplements, didn't even train at the gym. Neither did I have surgery for . It truly was old-school .
In a manner of speaking, any would work, so as long as we're determined.
Please take care of yourselves, friends. Our health is the best commodity we can invest in. If we live a life, then there's so much more good we can do, and even more we can work hard for.
I'm 44 now... And yes I can finally feel myself getting older, lol. But I do intend to grow old gracefully.
