, which means trying to find a hike most weekends. Today’s hike didn’t go as planned (i.e., no place to change, so I ended up hiking in a skirt and “decorative” tennis shoes), but it was still fun.

<<<#meal this week was at a restaurant as I entertained out of town company guest. I didn’t go really off plan but I can definitely tell the difference in my body. I gained 7 pounds and I’ve had a lot of muscle pain. It’s like I was in a self imposed science experiment and now I must detox. Next week is fully at home meals (expect one lunch meeting). I learned a lot. I spent a lot. I suffered a lot.
Breakfast! 1 egg scrambled and topped with toasted bacon bits and shredded cheddar, sautéed garlic butter mushies, and a toasted bagel thin. #breakfast
Dinner looks like 💩 and yet I can’t wait until it’s warm enough to eat. 😂
