Cinnamon raisin 'bagels' made from spiralized sweet potatoes. I make these ahead of time, store them in the fridge, and snack on them in between meals or eat as part of my breakfast!

Don’t feel guilty celebrating with this coconut banana nice cream. It’s packed with tons of flavor as well as vitamins B6, B12, potassium and magnesium.
The recipe is quick and simple and it’s both kid approved and mom approved. ✅ ***************************
Banana Coconut Nice Cream
4-5 frozen sliced bananas*
1/3 can coconut milk*
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch sea salt
Chocolate chips/Carob chips
Put bananas, coconut cream, salt and vanilla in a high grade blender* or food processor. Blend on low for several minutes until smooth. You might have to stop the blender/processor to mix up any frozen banana chunks that get stuck. Top with toppings of your choice. Enjoy or freeze immediately.
*It’s much easier to slice the bananas first and then freeze them. The riper the bananas, the more sweet the nice cream will be. *I place my canned coconut milk in the refrigerator for 12 hours to chill. The cream will naturally rise to the top. Scoop the cream (which is approximately 1/3 can) into the blender. The remaining liquid can be used for smoothies. *If using a blender, I highly recommend using a high grade blender like a Blendtec or Vitamix that can handle the frozen bananas. Using other blenders might burn out the motor.

bringing you this yummy Grilled Peach Steak Salad that is absolutely perfect and refreshing for summer. Remember the flank steak I posted from earlier? This is how I used the leftover flank steak. Always use your leftovers to recreate meals in a new way. It is sure to save you a little cash in your monthly food budget.
2 peaches sliced and grilled
2 slices of bacon, crumbled
3 large Red Onions Slices, torn apart
3 tbsp Pecans
1 Avocado, sliced
½ cup coconut aminos
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
4 cups fresh spinach and arugula mix
2 garlic cloves
¼ cup light olive oil
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1. In a large ziplock bag, add 1 flank steak. In a small bowl add ½ cup coconut aminos, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp garlic. Mix together with a fork until combined. Pour the marinade into the bag with the flank steak. Let this bag marinate in the refrigerator overnight for best taste.
2. Get the grill ready by coating with a little bit of cooking spray and turn on to 425°F
3. Remove the flank steak from the fridge and let sit for about 10 minutes before cooking.
4. While the grill is heating and the flank steak is resting to room temperature, slice the peaches, onions and avocados and sit to the side.
5. To make the dressing, add the peach removing the pit, 2 garlic cloves, light olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, dijon mustard, and the coconut aminos to a food processor or blender. Blend until creamy.
6.Remove the flank steak from the marinade and add to the grill. In addition, add the 2 slices of compliant bacon on top of aluminum foil along with the peach slices to the grill.
7. Cook the flank steak 7-8 minutes on each side for medium (slightly pink). Remove the bacon from the grill after 8-10 minutes and remove the peaches once they have nice grill marks. Transfer the flank steak to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
8. Start building the salad.

Twice Baked Potatoes with Broccoli and Chicken! So yummy!
Bake the potatoes- pierce the potato with a knife or a fork. I brushed coconut oil on the outside and added sea salt. Bake at 450* for 45 minutes. Flip and cook for another 25 minutes or until tender.
While potatoes are cooking, sauté some broccoli. I added some sea salt and pepper. I had a rotisserie chicken in the fridge, so I shredded it and set it aside.
Once the potatoes are done, cut in half and scoop the inside of the potatoes out and put into a bowl. Mash up the insides. I added ghee and a splash of chicken bone broth, salt and pepper. Add chicken and broccoli and mix up. Scoop mixture back into the potato skins. Bake until golden brown! I added @tessemaes

I used this recipe @primalpalate
for the crab cakes and mayo with these modifications:
✔️I used a duck egg for the crab cakes and mayo.
✔️I used ground mustard seed instead of mustard sauce.
✔️I used sea salt instead of old bay seasoning.
✔️I cooked these on a griddle instead of baking them.
✔️I added green onion.
💡I used a can of lump blue crab from Costco and it was delicious!
👉🏼I did NOT like macadamia oil for the mayo. I will definitely use a different oil next time.
For fried okra, I just washed and sliced the okra longways and fried it in a wok in @spectrumorganic
