Peace and balance. Don't these two just describe what we want in everyday life?! Both of these oils are essential for my training. Peace is kept close by to help relieve my occasional sore muscles. I will use it when I'm feeling frustrated with my performance, which doesn't happen often but it still does occur. And when it does, one of my favorite places to apply this oil is over my heart. I like being able to just pause, say a prayer and smell the sweet aroma. Talk about a mood changer! It is also kept on my nightstand to help promote relaxation and a sense of calm before bedtime. Balance....it's a daily oil! My current favorite combination is the Rose touch and balance over my heart to start my day. Balance can help with grounding. It helps me keep the chaos at bay and focus on the here and now. Since I'm 9 weeks away from Arnold Classic in Brazil I have been tapering down my calories weekly in the last 3 weeks, I had expected to lose a bit of strength like the previous 10 competitions I had done. It's normal to lose strength and was to be expected and I'm sure most competitors are the same. However, I kept my strength throughout this cutting phase and increased my training volumes as I could squeeze the extra reps maybe due to delayed fatigue from the beta Alanine. I do feel a lot fuller and softer and I put that down to retaining water from the creatine. As I'm getting closer, I will stop taking Power (creatine) and slowly work myself on getting my muscles harder and drier. But I think I have found a supplement that works well with me. Thank you @efectivnutri and @bodytempleteam. I was once a lonely girl who drowned her fears and insecurities in alcohol on a nightly basis. Have you heard that saying confidence is silence, insecurities are loud.
