Three years ago today! One of the best experiences to date—summiting Mt Rainier with one of my very best friends. Reaching the top and taking in that view was one of the most gratifying experiences I have ever had.
Ally and I did so much together, in the short amount of time that we lived in the same state. And I will FOREVER be grateful for the friendship, support, and guidance she gave me. She will FOREVER be my motivation 💗

3 sets of walking lunges w/ 25 lb kettle bell (10 reps each leg)
3 sets of weighted squats w/ 25 lb kettlebell 20 reps
3 sets of Hip bridge 20 reps
3 sets of glute kickback (10 rep each leg)
3 sets of side leg raises (10 rep each leg)
3 sets on leg curl machine 20 reps w/ 70 lbs
3 set on leg extension machine 10 reps each leg w/50 lbs followed by 15 reps 75lbs
3 sets cable pull through 15 reps w/ 32.5 lbs
