Enjoying a nice relaxing morning in my new townhouse! Sometimes it feels great to just sit and be still for a while.
Sometimes I look at old photos and I truly cannot believe how far I’ve come. I used to be 265 pounds y’all! When I was 265 pounds I could not even fathom being 150 pounds, let alone 135!
I set small goals. I didn’t want to get discouraged, I wanted to be realistic. I’ve never been successful at exercising for any length of time and I knew that making over my diet AND trying to start exercising while homeschooling three kiddos and running a household wasn’t realistic for me so I decided to work on my diet first.
I lost 125 pounds through diet change alone! This can be done! But it takes self sacrifice. It takes denying yourself. It takes effort, lots and lots of effort.
This journey has changed me in so many ways! I’m so much more disciplined with myself. Just like my kids need rules and discipline so do I when it comes to my eating habits. Left to my own devices... well.
Start setting rules and then follow them. Set goals and then crush them! Give yourself grace and get back on the wagon quickly if you fall off.

👉2. It probably doesn't take as much time to do this things as you think. Having a plan can cut down on the amount of time it takes to plan meals and exercise. You are probably making a bigger deal out of it then it needs to be.
I get it that everyone moves 100 miles an hour and in the beginning of your fitness journey, it will take some trial and error to determine the most efficient way to attack these goals. So I was getting soooooo frustrated with weighing everyday but my coach wanted me to. We also do weekly pics and measurements. So I talked to her about it and she told me no more scale. Just focus on my macros like I have been doing and do measurements and pics weekly.

Ингредиенты: - 1 головка цветной капусты
- 30 г твердого сыра, в идеале пармезана
- 30 г моцареллы для теста
- 1 яйцо
- пол чайной ложки чесночного порошка
- пол чайной ложки базилика или розмарина - пол чайной ложки орегано
- 130 г сыра моцарелла, чтобы посыпать корж сверху
- 220 г томатного соуса - соль
- сладкий перец, красный лук, брокколи, кукуруза, помидорки для начинки
Разогрейте духовку до 260 С. Цветную капусту очистите и измельчите в кухонном комбайне, чтобы кусочки получились мелкие как рис.
Прогрейте получившуюся смесь в микроволновке 4-5 минут в миске без крышки. Вытащите и дайте остыть 4-5 минут. Сложите в марлю и постарайтесь выжать всю оставшуюся жидкость, смесь должна быть сухая, насколько можно.
Смешайте "муку" из цветной капусты с яйцом, чесночным порошком, тертым сыром и специями. Получившееся тесто раскатайте на бумаге для выпекания как обычное тесто в форме пиццы.
Выпекайте 10-15 минут, пока корж не станет золотистым. Вытащите, смажьте томатным соусом, присыпьте моцареллой и сверху положите овощи.
Поместите пиццу обратно в духовку и выпекайте еще 12-15 минут
В идеале томатный соус готовится так:
Измельченные консервированные помидоры, чеснок,
сухие итальянские травы, оливковое масло, соль, перец соединяются и тушатся на сковороде.

I really had to think hard to share the highlights and how my life has changed due to #mypruvitstory
My life has changed for the B E T T E R in so many ways I had to sum it up into a short post.
My life has been changed upside down more than I knew possible since August. I have made so many new amazing friends that truly believe in me. From my previous company I had been told and felt like I was a failure and could never make it. I have been told with so much ❤️ heart and soul from mentors I believe in you and I know you can do it.
I have had a lot of changes in the past few months and have taken a few steps back from sharing my life with Pruvit. My Pruvit friends have continued to reach out to me, support me and find out what I need. I have taken so many steps forward to finding and becoming my B E T T E R.
Ketones have given me energy, made me a better person, have just given me joy, continent and happiness again. I was slowly coming up from a dark place in life during that time but finding Pruvit, ketones and my Pruvit family created that upswing so quickly and changed my life from light to darkness. They rocked my world in more ways than I ever knew possible.
I know I haven’t been sharing my story as much lately and I have been quiet social media due to my life being shaken up and turned upside down. So much of my life I suffered from depression, binge eating, and a terrible unhealthy cycle that I felt I could never break from.
