Yeah I took a little healthy eating ‘break’ for a couple weeks, gained some weight back, but that’s called life. Did my little extra carb load vacation erase 6 months of progress? Nope 💁🏽♀️. So why would I even be upset at myself? That’s why I’m not even trippin.
I know my struggles. I know where I fall off. I know why I fall off. And I also know how I’m going to fix it. This journey is all about trial and error, learning from experiences, finding what works for YOU, and most importantly loving yourself through it all.
