I was able to step on a platform and fulfill one of my New Year resolution goals for 2018. I competed in my first #weightlifting
meet and had the best time of my life. I couldn’t have done it without all my supporters. I have such a long list and hold them all dear and close to my heart 💕 here is just a glimpse of a few. Such a fun day, I can’t wait to do it again.

So excited to have found a powerlifting trainer and can’t wait to start week after next. It does mean I’ve had to put my F45 on hold so I can fit this in with my studies and working full time but lifting weights is the area I’m passionate about and I want to learn technique and to be able to lift heavy and maybe go in this direction for my PT. Today was chest day for me and the crew. Is it just me, or does anyone else really have to mentally prep themselves for a good chest workout? Im still working on making chest day one that I enjoy more. On a more positive note, I can see my chest muscles poppin’ out, thanks to this good ole’ cut. Had the pleasure of visiting the Alphalete Gym today and put in some work before leaving Houston. Saw the half football field and had to finish leg day with a full field lunge set while reppin the new @setapartlifestyle
