. "Figuring out what to eat in order to improve your health is not easy. I discovered the importance of nutrition after being diagnosed with Crohn's disease when I was younger. A registered dietitian helped me navigate which foods would help me feel better and which foods I should to stay away from. It was not easy at first because a lot of the foods I used to love as a kid like pizza, cheeseburgers, ice cream, even apples would make me feel worse. Over time I grew to love healthier foods and was able to incorporate all foods back into my diet- within moderation! .

today is ‘Childhood Chocolate’ themed 😏 I’m going to have a package of ‚Kinder‘ chocolate eggs, a ‚Kinder Country‘ bar, a ‚Kinder‘ chocolate bar, a ‚Kinder‘ chocolate surprise egg, two ‚Bueno’ bars and a ‚Leckermäulchen‘ stracciatella dessert mousse 😍
Today was a very successful day again 😇 We already got back the bad Math exam and YES, it was REALLY BAD. But you know what? I don‘t care 💁 One stupid grade doesn’t define me. One stupid grade won‘t destroy the rest of my school life. One little grade is no reason to punish myself (by eating less or moving more again) or to feel bad about me. This little grade is just a stupid NUMBER that doesn’t have any effect on the quality of my life 🙌🏻 SOO, I accepted it, I‘m feeling okay about it and I definitely won‘t let it influence my mood or recovery 😌
Because recovery-wise I‘m doing soooo well since I‘ve attempted the challenge with stopping my movement routines 😁 Yesterday I had a little fear-breakdown but my mum helped me out of it by motivating me and giving me the feeling of support. That seriously helped A LOT and I got out of the whole of fear very quickly 🙆 I just want to show and tell you guys that overcoming our biggest fear is so DAMN SCARY AND HARD but in the end this stupid fear will GO AWAY. You just have to get through it and be STRONGER than this voice. It IS possible and overcoming it will help you getting back your FREEDOM and LIFE 🙏🏻💕
Soo, I‘m keeping on, I‘m still motivated than ever before to get back my movement freedom and I‘m just so happy about all the support I‘m getting of you, but also my mum and my therapy group, I had an appointment with today 😇
To end up this successful day and to reward myself for being that strong atm I will make myself a cozy evening now and kick this illnesses ass with an amazing dinner and this heavenly childhood-memory nightsnack later 🤤👌🏻
