Soft drinks : Zero nutritional benefits and once again a pile of sugar, do we need to talk about it ? ‘’Sports’’ labeled drinks : Wait what ?! Don’t they promise the ULTIMATE HYDRATION ?From 7 grams to 25 grams of sugar depending on the Gatorade type per bottle ( more than 2 cups ) NOT OPTIMAL !
