I've kind of stopped programming on squats. Base the weights off of how I feel, and the previous week's results. Today was 135x2x10, 225x10, 315x8, 405x4, and 455x3. Shout out to my neck vein, for making me realize this was kind of heavy and my brother @g.a.powerlifting.181
