@engine2diet this is their "kale butter;" basically lightly-steamed Lacinato kale, toasted walnuts, 2 tsp nutritional yeast, salt to taste, veg broth all into the blender; blend til smooth, adding more broth as needed to make a nice smooth texture. Pizza...Vegan Pizza mmm mmm mmm! Cauliflower, chickpea flour and chia seed pizza base made in the food processor. Added some coconut oil and small amount of salt and nutritional yeast too. Pre-baked in the oven for 20 minutes but would recommend longer if you’d like it crispier throughout. . Little Miss 4 had fun helping with the vegetable toppings and dairy free cheese. It’s her first time. I’ve made pizza a couple of months back but not sure if she had any. She used to be allergic to dairy and now she isn’t a fan of cheese, regardless of being dairy free, as she never had it, which isn’t a bad thing. So her verdict was she didn’t like the pizza but still ate it. . The toppings we added were a small amount of tomato paste, eggplant, zucchini, butternut pumpkin, mushrooms, red capsicum, kalettes (new cross between kale and Brussel sprouts), tomato, one garlic clove, oregano and dairy free cheese was vegan gourmet shreds by follow your heart. I found it in Coles and it melts nicely and tastes just like regularly cheese. Escalivada con crema de atún vegano!! Escalivada son pimientos rojos y berenjenas asados en el horno. Venden también unas bandejas ya cocinados, muy resultonas para comidas rápidas. Cortamos a tiras y reservamos. Para la crema de atún vegano, trituraremos:100g de garbanzos cocidos, 2 cucharadas de tahini, 1 cucharada de zumo de limón, 1 cucharada de mostaza, 1 cucharada de copos de alga nori, 1 cucharadita de pasta miso, 1/4 de cebolla y una cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra. Si queréis una textura mas gruesa, en vez de triturar, picar los garbanzos o chafarlos un poco con un tenedor. Para servir lo he mezclado un poco, he añadido aceitunas negras, aceite de oliva, sal rosa y cebollino. El atún vegano también podéis usarlo en platos calientes. Y no dejará a nadie indeferente. Вполне подойдёт худеющим и веганам 🌿 Дублирую его ниже ⤵️ #Repost from @texturra.recipes @TopRankRepost #TopRankRepost Выход примерно 15 печений диаметром 6 см. ⠀ Ингредиенты: 50 грамм миндальной муки (миндаля) 50 грамм овсяных хлопьев 30 грамм кокосовой стружки 70 грамм цельнозерновой муки (если нет, обычной) 3 столовые ложки жидкого меда (80 г). ⠀ Приготовление: 1. Положите миндальную муку, овсяные хлопья и кокосовую стружку в чашу блендера. Смесь как следует измельчите. Добавьте муку и еще поработайте миксером 20-30 секунд, чтобы ингредиенты тщательно перемешались. 2. Если мед густой и засахарившийся, то подержите его на водяной бане, чтобы стал жидким. Должен стекать с ложки. 3. Добавляйте мед порциями и вымешивайте ложкой, затем руками. Сформируйте шарик из теста. Если тесто сильно крошится, добавьте несколько столовых ложек воды.  4. Раскатайте ровный пласт теста, слегка припудривая его мукой. 5. Хорошо надавливая на скалочку, прокатите и нанесите узор. 6. Формочками, стаканчиком или ножом нарежьте тесто. 7. Перенесите на противень будущие печеньки и выпекайте в духовке около 5 минут при температуре 200С. ⠀ Приятного аппетита! Важные тонкости для данного рецепта: Тесто получается достаточно плотное. Чтобы узор пропечатался, нужно с силой давить на скалочку. I’m too busy today to write a long caption (or even really eat the meal pictured) so I’ll keep it short and sweet 😊 . I was going to venture into Vietnamese week today but thanks to an insane workload (and my brother), all I had time to make was my classic go-to basic stir fry (w eggs and any other veggies you happen to have)! I cook it all in a very simple soy sauce/ brown sugar mix that takes seconds to make but will definitely have you reaching for seconds (SEE WHAT I DID? ...let me have this one, I’m exhausted) 😩😩 . On the plate: Egg+ cabbage+ onion stir fry with red cabbage+ sesame seeds+ lemon 🍋🍜🍳

I’m alwaysss concocting new protein bars/balls recipes and I have to say this has been one of my favorites yet😍😋🙌🏻 If you’re looking for a way to curb your sweet tooth in a healthy, guilt-free way, I highly recommend trying my recipe🤗💕 They’re full of protein, healthy fats & carbs, and fiber🙌🏻 . . R E C I P E: 🔹1 cup cashews 🔹1 cup medjool dates 🔹1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 🔹1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @vega_team vanilla protein & greens to keep the recipe vegan, of course😉😋) 🔹2 tsp vanilla extract 🔹1-1/2 tsp cinnamon . M E T H O D: 🔹Place all ingredients into a food processor (swipe right for the picture demo), and blend everything together. Roll into individual balls (recipe should make about 10) and place them onto a plate to freeze. Freeze for 1 hour. Take them out and enjoy!🤗😋 . Side note: Store remaining balls in the refrigerator to preserve freshness & all the flavor goodness😉💕
🤤I was craving Bolognese so much and I came out with this brown pasta with tomato sauce and grilled vegetables. I just fried onions, garlic, zucchini and mushrooms🍄 in a tsp of olive oil. 🍅🍅 Once they were cooked, I added a can of tomatoes with basil, oregano, parsley and pepper. Meanwhile, Greg grilled some peppers in the BBQ. 🌶️🌶️ I mixed all the ingredients together and blended them leaving some chunks. Finally, I added some olives and nutritional yeast on the top and...
