happy tueaday🌞🌞attempting to tackle another day of 36° heat 🙈with this MASSIVE green smoothie bowl! i am a literal lobster right now as i was working all afternoon yesterday, and it appears that 3 types of sunscreen is not enough 🤔?? this smoothie is made of banana, zuchini, mango, oranges, spinach, kale and a little squeeze o' lime because limes remind me of vacations and who doesn't love vacations right?? anyhoooooow i am off to go boil at work for the afternoon/evening and will in all likelyhood just hide in the back sitting on a golf cart next to the massive fan we have in the back 🙃🙃
first vegan dinner!
brown rice, agave honey and cajun spiced roasted cauliflower, broccoli, shredded carrot, and crispy tofu. topped off with a bit of avocado!! we weren’t sure how it was going to turn out but we really enjoyed it! we especially enjoyed cooking it, felt nice actually putting effort into cooking for once🌱

Tried out the new tofu glass noodle salad this afternoon before heading in to the cinema. Was really impressed with it. Absolutely full of flavour and the tofu was 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Giant ass smoothies keep me full and are a great way to cram in a bunch of nutrients in with ease. I usually like to make my own smoothies, but when I buy them, I always look for nutrient rich, balanced ingredients. Although smoothies have a bit of sugar, they’re a great way to sustain or punch up your energy level during the day. Adding things like avocados and spinach are a surefire way to get some healthy fats, & protein into that belly too! 🙈🌿 @simplyrawnutrition

Is what probably 99% of people once thought is the only way to lose fat.
And some still do.
Don‘t get me wrong, even just going to the gym & moving your body is a HUGE win, but why not pick up some weights while you‘re there? 😉
You want to look lean, toned & aesthetic? Then resistance training with weights or other resistances is a non-negotiable for you.
And the best thing: you‘ll burn calories doing that too!
I don‘t want you to kill yourself on the treadmill or your next spinning class just to go home completely wasted, wanting to eat your whole fridge in one sitting. 😄 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Working with weights will make you feel exhausted, strong & confident, while actually building muscle & making you look good!
Because that‘s the catch, cardio only won‘t even make you look good as it doesn‘t help you develop muscle.

Celery juice is trending lately - and for good reason. 🌱 It’s not a magic pill, but science backs up the benefits of celery juice (especially its anti-inflammatory properties) and there are so many people who have experience life-changing improvements in their health. 🙌🏼 (There is a post on my blog with a full run down!) I don’t have any major health issues, but celery juice does help my acid reflux and my acne-prone skin. I’ve also noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction in bloating. Drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for best results! Have you tried celery juice? Did you a notice a difference in your health?

My yummy skinny plantbased cupcakes😍😍😍 each cupcake is roughly 100 calories as opposed to 220 for the usual cupcake
****ingredients***** -Chia seeds/applesauce or an egg if you are not plantbased
-milk (i used almond milk)
-Coconut powder (optional)
Two Dates or a tbsp of honey (depending on how sweet you want them to be)
protein powder in raspberry chocolate blend in a blender and bake for 25mins😗
Lunch 😍 dip is mashed avocado, mustard, lemon pepper seasoning and black pepper. The avocado here is soooo creamy and amazing. I am obsessed. Paired with some fries and steamed/sautéed veggies 😊
The most creamy vegan pasta: Linguine with cashew spinach white wine sauce! 🍝 ————————————————————————You need (for 4 persons):
- 1 pack linguine
- 1 small onion, 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tea spoon mustard
- 100g / 3,5 uz cashews
- 250 ml / 1 cup oat milk - Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 200ml / 0,84 cups dry white wine
- some small tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, parsley ———————————————————————
1. Our the linguine in cooking salted water (set a timer to the minimum cooking time, which is written on the packaging)
2. Roast the cut onion and the garlic for 2 min
3. Blend the chashews with the onion, garlic, oat milk, mustard and some parsley till you get a smooth sauce
4. Heat the sauce for 2 mins - add the wine
5. Put the linguine and the fresh spinach into the sauce and cook for 1 min
6. Add salt, pepper, parsley and some cut tomatoes
