🐳How can you tell how much water your body needs? I learned to take your weight in pounds, and divide it by 2. That number is the amount of ounces of water you want to drink. For example, if one weighs 160 llbs, divide that by 2 = 80, therefore 80 oz of water is what you want to shoot for. 🐋They tell you how important it is to drink enough water, which I never gave too much thought to until I learned from a doctor that I was chronically dehydrated to the point where my eye site was mildly affected. I began starting every single morning with a liter of water, and making sure I continue to drink the rest of the amount I should be every single day. WOW. WOW what a difference that made...I started losing weight faster, sleeping better, more energy, and just overall feeling physically better. This is one of the best lifestyle changes I’ve ever made.💐

Blau oder doch gestreift? Welchen Geschmack würdet Ihr eurem Bonbon hinzufügen? 😁 🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬 Schreibt es uns in die Kommentare. 💌 Und so wird das Bonbon hergestellt: Zunächst wird der Bio-Zucker, die Bio-Glukose und Wasser in einem Kupferkessel gekocht, dass nur noch ein sehr geringer Wasseranteil verblieben ist. Nach Erreichen der Temperatur wird der Zucker vom Herd genommen und auf einer Granitplatte ausgegossen und -gekühlt, aromatisiert und mit natürlich Farbstoffen eingefärbt. Die Farbe, die nachher im Inneren des Bonbons rund um das Motiv erscheint, wird über einen Zuckerhaken gezogen. Anschließend fügen wir den gezogenen Teil und den restlichen bunten Zucker in Teilen zu einem Motiv. Dieses Riesenbonbon rollen wir auf einer Wärmeplatte hin und her. Eine Seite formen wir dünner, so dass wir hiervon Stränge abziehen können, in denen das Motiv in derselben Proportion zu sehen ist - nur etwas kleiner. So I have some insane and very exciting news!! As many of you would know this is my insulin pump. I’ve had diabetes for nearly 9 years and 7 of those I’ve used an insulin pump. I can’t even remember what it was like injecting but I was advised and took up the option of having one because I was a terrible child, didn’t care about my levels and I kinda wanted to live for a long time haha 🙄 but I’ve decided to give myself a break from it and go back to injections for a little, let’s call it “pumpcation”, a vacation from my pump! This means I’ll have to learn EVERYTHING about injections again and basically it’ll be like being diagnosed with diabetes again haha! But I’m ridiculously excited and I can’t believe how excited I am ♥️ I hope you’re all having a wonderful day because I am ridiculously 🌟🌟

Segundo, nem todo vegetariano ou vegano precisa de suplementação ainda mais suplementação protéica, visto que mesmo com a retirada dos alimentos de origem animal, os alimentos de origem vegetal, como o nosso querido arroz com feijão, possuem todos os aminoácidos essenciais que nosso organismo necessita diariamente para a formação das nossas proteínas. Terceiro, nosso organimos absorve de forma melhor os minerais de fontes alimentares animais, mas para que ele possa absorver igualmente quando essas fontes são de origem vegetal é necessário a presença da querida vitamima C. Então é de extrema importância consumir alimentos fontes dessa vitamima, como as frutas cítricas, em todas as refeições. Quarto, é importante ter uma atenção especial a forma de preparo dos alimentos e a combinação que se faz de um alimento com outro, visto que muitos alimentos de origem vegetal possuem substâncias chamadas de fatores antinutricionais que impedem a absorção de tais nutrientes e que na presença de certos nutrientes você não consegue absorver outros. Quinto, deve-se ter uma atenção especial a vitamina B12, visto que ela não existe em quantidades significantes nos alimentos de origem vegetal. Então é importante sempre estar monitorando a quantidade dessa vitamima em seu organismo. Existe muitas coisas para se falar, mas infelizmente o instagram não permite...
