➡️5 supersets of 10 abductors and hold and 10 adductors and hold, both at 80kg
➡️5 supersets of 10 seated leg extensions at 80kg and 10 leg curls at 55kg (seemed easy today)
➡️5 trisets of 10 leg presses at 120kg, 25 calves presses at the same weight and 10 goblet squats with a 10kg plate
➡️4 supersets of 15 hip machine kickbacks on each leg at 125kg (machine max load) and 10 squats + side leg lift with a 10kg plate
➡️4 supersets of 12 weighted step ups on one leg and 12 courtesy lunges, both with a pair of 5kg dumbbells as a finisher

Happy Monday dear insta people! After this great weekend I was back to the gym tonight for some shoulders and abs.
➡️10 min rowing
➡️4 supersets of 12 cable bar front lifts at 5kg and 12 cable shrugs at 20kg
➡️4 supersets of 12 cable single-arm side lifts at 2,5kg and 12 cable downward trunk rotations at 12,5kg
➡️4 supersets of 12 shoulder press machine half at 30kg half 20kg and 12 cable trunk rotations at 10kg
➡️4 supersets of 12 Arnold presses at 10kg (barbaric at this time of the workout) and 12 Russian twists with a 10kg dumbbell
➡️4 trisets with a pair of 6kg dumbbells: 12 front lifts, 12 shrugs, 12 side lifts
➡️10 standing "around the world" with a pair of 4kg dumbbells

Decided to try the 1,000lbs challenge again. I definitely could have gone higher on deadlift. I have a new PR. Can’t wait for results after working out at a real gym now.
