I get it - we all love to see the "before & after" and they are fun, but you'd be missing out on SO MUCH if I didn't share the details of this LIFESTYLE.
For the past 8 weeks I have:
-Worked out just 4 times per week / 30-40 minutes per workout from home at whatever time worked best for me. -ENJOYED ALL FOOD groups including 3 servings of carbs PLUS 3 servings of fruit each day. -Drank SuperFoods daily and supplemented with our AMAZING performance line. -Been challenged by an incredible private group where we checked in from the UK, Canada & US as we pushed each other to achieve our max potential. -Shifted from a mindset of all or nothing to RELAX and trust the process. <--- #LifeGoals
-I've even indulged once a week in a "treat" meal and/ or drinks without beating myself up or feeling like I failed- I mean..it was actually part of the plan! 🙌
-Dropped 3 lbs (although I really didn't care about the scale) and 3 inches which lands me in the absolute BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE for my upcoming 40th birthday in August! @joelfreemanfitness
is THE MAN behind this incredible plan. He is an EXPERT with years of experience in health and fitness AND was responsible for my total body make over a few years back, so although I was admittedly nervous to "go backwards" at first, I reminded myself to TRUST his process. Totally thankful for his wisdom, friendship, encouragement and trust to help launch this baby of his. It's been an incredible experience to which I am forever grateful!
