This is how much better I wanna become at what I do 🤗 In all seriousness, I’m putting sooooo much emphasis on self development.
Educating myself, going on courses, getting a mentor to help build my business further, improving my coaching, pretty much anything I can to make ME BETTER.
I feel like it’s so easy to become comfortable in your own box .. Stepping out of the box is almost deemed as scary 🤷🏻♂️.
One of my goals now is to step outside my box, do things I haven’t done before, be where I haven’t been before with my business, see places I haven’t seen, live life to the fucking fullest 🙌🏼.

▪️71kg -> 91kg (200lbs)
▪️Body Fat 15% roughly
Feeling very fluffy and definitely not aesthetic but size is the prize.
Anyone can become shredded, but you have to make some sacrifices to get big.
My Top Three Tips:
🔺Diet. Its 70% diet, 30% training, you are a product of what you consume.
🔺Its a balance of lifting heavy but not sacrificing form, always focus on the contraction with any movement.
🔺Consistency. Limit excuses, work hard for your rest days/ days off.

On a serious note the leg condition was good this year, I’m proud of where I got to with it. However, as ever it helped to highlight weaknesses in the lower half.. so the action plan is underway
My glutes are weaker than I could ever imagine, and I think this could well be a contributing factor to my lower back issues I’ve had previously. I also think the hamstrings need some work if they’re going to impress anyone. Of course there’s room for improvement on the quads too. I think my calves are pretty formidable so no change required there 😅
So I’m adding in a second leg day that will change my split to a conventional PPL. This will do a number of things: result in a higher frequency of lower body stimulation, allow for more lower body exercises & new/additional stimulus, enable me to train at an overall higher intensity across the training cycle, and potentially mean that my leg sessions aren’t so mammoth in length 🙌🏼 _
One thing I do love on leg day is pre workout, it definitely helps with intensity and after a long day at work it definitely helps me get in the right headspace for a killer session. @bpi_sports_uk

The process is very simple, it’s sticking to the process which becomes difficult and needless to say I’m done with tuna and cucumber howeverr “bulking” days are over the goal will be to stay below 200lbs year round 🌚

So at the time of posting this I’ve done less than 500 steps (swipe) and it’s 1:15pm.
I woke up, showered, got dressed, took about 20 steps to my car, drove to @starbucksuk
and haven’t moved since about 8am. Cz working on @featherstonefitness
The scary thing is... for me this is REALLY unusual but for many people I work with (office professionals) this could be their typical day.
When it comes to #weightloss
we would all know that energy balance and a #caloriedeficit
is key🔑 .
My calorie burn from that activity is basically nothing. Fortunately I haven’t eaten anything yet... the more active you are the more calories you need, the less active you are the fewer calories you need.
If you struggle to drop weight and spend all your time looking for the best fat burning workout or fat burning food then I’m sorry...
But you are doing it all wrong.
If you spent more time focusing on moving, getting your daily steps up and less time sitting on your ass. Try eating a bit less too.
