Tea: stuffed peppers! Cook a chopped garlic clove, tomato 🍅 and handful of pine nuts in a pan whilst the peppers are cooking (10-15min). Stir in with the juice of a lime, tsp of tahini, salt and pepper. Fill the peppers and cook for another 10min :) Replacing the tomatoes for other things could be fun. Check what’s in your fridge.
