Ainda sinto falta dos longos volumes do ciclo do Iron, mas é muito bom ter dias assim.
Treino "Coração na boca" (transição cruzada) com: 10KM 🚴♂️ + 2KM 🏃♂️ (3x).
Até que a corrida encaixou (4:00/4:10 por KM).

3 hours in pain cave this afternoon, with the last half hour at 70.3 pace. Hot damn my legs were well and truly done! Still, there were small improvements again today, so that’s all that matters. 🏊🏼🚴🏽🏃🏽
Sometimes I wonder how much faster I could run if I could completely switch off my thoughts🤔 After all, it is the ‘thought of the uncomfortableness’ that makes me want to slow down, not the actual uncomfortableness 🤢😑 Gave Park Run a good crack this morning and practiced turning off ‘those thoughts’ and just getting it done🌴🏃🏽♀️Not my fastest time but happy to be making small gains in my build into racecation!😎✅
