I work better with black & White rather than a bunch of gray that I have to figure out on my own. I like knowing what to expect. Especially in an area that I wasnโ€™t super familiar with at the time. . So when it came to gaining physical strength in my health, having someone say to me... Here is your food plan. #frittata is one of my breakfast/lunch staples...in this whole pie there is 6 eggs, 5 cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper nd that's it! 2 net carbs per quarter...I drizzled on my homemade pesto too. How Iโ€™m practicing backbends at home. . After the backbends workshop last weekend Iโ€™ve realized I need to really work on opening up my chest and shoulders. Iโ€™ve being doing more lifting- WHICH I LOVE- but I need to make sure Iโ€™m balancing it all back out. Iโ€™ve been finding my own groove of strength, endurance and yoga practice ๐Ÿ’• . Using weights has given me such a sense of empowerment that I never expected. Strong is the new skinny, and being healthy looks good on every body. Until a few months ago I never really incorporated weights into my workouts and I had no idea what I was missing! . So excited for this new program to launch in July with 4 days a week, 30 minute workouts, weights, HIIT and core work at home. TRANSFORMATION UPDATE!! . . 148 to 142... I haven't been this size in 4 years!!! . . In just 2 months I've lost 6 pounds and starting to develop my abs. The weight loss was 80% due to being consistent with my BOD workout schedule because my eating sucked. During those 2 months I went on a cruise and ate out almost 4x a week for multiple meals.
