If, how are they doing? Do you nurse them and keep watering them with positive intentions? Or do you need to adjust them slightly? _ My morning today will be all about placing new, power and positive intentions for the rest of the year. And so readjust those Sankalpas which are not manifesting yet. _ Remember, when we work with Sankalpas and manifestations we need to keep up the work. So we daily say the affirmations while being in a good mental space. It is powerful when we know how to do it right. _ The most common mistake with working with Sankalpa/intentions is why forget to do the work. We forget to keep returning to the Sankalpa. REAL TALK: THE STRUGGLE (3 & a half weeks into my bulk) first photo taken 10wks ago 2nd photo just this wk! MASSIVE progression BUT let’s talk the mentally head space that come with it all.The past 3 & half wks have been some of the most testing days of my life (due to my history of an eating disorder) recovered or not doing a bulk with a massive food increase & a higher body fat % is never easy on the mind. It’s very rewarding seeing the hard work put into play (as you can see in my body shape and muscle that has been gained) but let’s just pause right there for a min - not every transition/progression image uploaded to social media if full of happiness. Theses journeys of healthy & fitness that we see every day are not easy to say the lest with all of us chasing different goals,progressing at different passes,hard gainer,easy gainers,low motivation,high motivation,knowledge vs no knowledge,good form vs people that don’t quote understand mind muscle connection, over training vs understand training and getting that balance right,the nutrition connected to achieving your goals and the mentally head space that comes with it all 70% of the time an incredible journey but not every day is a walk in the park every day is definitely a working progress & we must keep them goals in sight & constantly reminder our self of our worth on our journey to bigger?leaner?healthier or stronger? things (all of us striving for something different)We are all so very different in our progression- my self lm a hard gainer always have been! I know your thinking but look at them gains & you are constantly seeing progress upload BUT there is a lot of blood sweat and tears as they say 😂 put into the progress that you see.We never know what people are suffering mentally “as we are all to proud to share our weaknesses” iv always promised to be real to you guys so l will push away my pride for a moment to share all this with you. We all suffer mentally from time to time we are all human 🙌🏻all made the same with a heart & feelings it is only normal to have theses hard time so let them take there course & get back on the horse!
