I can definitely appreciate her taste in rap/hip-hop that I’ve heard from her Peloton Tread classes, so if she still taught choreography I’d be in her dance classes in a heartbeat! I’m no professional dancer, but I used to take hip hop dance classes for fun back home in Nashville from dancer friends like my boy @albanus_thierry

SO funny❣️ Sweet France asked me in the lobby if we wanted a pic in the studio. I almost said ‘no that’s ok❤️’ but he said he would take one of us on our bikes and would set it up no problem. 🤣 How could I say no? He ends up giving Christine my phone and telling her to take the pic! 🤣🤣 Talk about a trooper! Pro tip: next time you’re entering the gym, heading to your favorite run spot, or whatever workout you’re about to get in, make sure to have music playing in your headphones that gets you in the zone.
It’s a simple, easy way to mentally prepare yourself for your session and keep you from being at the mercy of whatever is playing in the gym speakers.
Bonus tip: have your playlist already selected before you start your workout, press play and don’t mess with it. Speaking from experience, so much time is wasted when you’re having to stop every few exercise sets to pick a song other than the random slow, sad country song that popped up on your music library shuffle selection 😆.

Major core day ... not gonna lie tho, everyday is core day. The benefits of having a stable and strong core are huge! Here are just a few:
1❣️You will have better balance (yay sports!)
2❣️You will improve your breathing (your diaphragm is at the top of your core, playing a mega role in deep breathing, deep breathing is great for relaxation and reducing stress, it also can make you a more efficient athlete.
3❣️You’ll improve your posture, a strong core will keep your back stabilized.

👊🏼Challenge yourself in a different way than you are used to and effect change! Join me this month where I will be focusing on Interval Training and educating you on the benefits of taking a healthy mix of various types of Interval Training ( i.e. HIIT, Tabata, Intervals).
🗓Each week I will challenge you to take my weekly Intervals Ride focusing on longer efforts (ie aerobic efforts) not typically found in HIIT or Tabata.
❓Why❓It’s the difference between aerobic & anaerobic. Aerobic efforts keep you at an intensity that is not all out work yet is still very effective. It’s a great place for beginners to start who are not quite ready for an all out effort anaerobic effort.
If you only take HIIT or Tabata then you are only exposing yourself to intense short bursts of efforts but what about longer challenging efforts? 🤔
