How many people do you see walk around with their heads down and can’t look someone in the eye? . How many people do you know that don’t even believe in themselves. They don’t think they can accomplish a goal or make change because they have been mentally beaten down and wrapped in bubble wrap their entire life. . That annoys the hell out of me. Your mind and body deserve more from you. It’s one of many a reason why I do what I do. . I quote John Welbourn: “You may not be an athlete, but you are a human being.” . You deserve the right to move, function, lift, run and accomplish things that are relative to you. More importantly, you deserve to do those things with a fierce door kicking confidence. .
