Happy Friday!! 🎉🎊 Have you been smashing your nutrition goals all week and looking forward to relaxing on the weekend? Weekends are made for enjoying and a lot of the time plans revolve around food and that’s absolutely fine. Just be careful that you don’t undo all of your hard weekday work with a 3 day binge, causing you to wonder why your 👖s feel tighter on Monday. Here are 5 simple swaps to help keep you in check over the weekend but still letting you enjoy yourself 👍🏼 (swipe left) 1️⃣ Friday night usually means wine time 🍷🥂 but a few glasses (or bottles) can add up. Clear spirits such as gin or vodka paired with soda or slim line tonic 🍋 can cut those calories drastically. I also find with wine it’s so easy to drink quickly whereas spirits are easier to nurse. 2️⃣Want fries with that? 🍟 You don’t have to ditch them altogether but consider swapping to the slightly more calorie friendly sweet potato fries. It’s worth saying that these are by no means “calorie free” and should still only be eaten in moderation. 3️⃣ I scream, you scream, we all scream for yoghurt!! 🍦🍨 Maybe not quite as catchy but yoghurt or fro yo is a great alternative to ice cream when satisfying your sweet tooth. Try some Greek yoghurt which is especially creamy and has great amounts of protein in it. 4️⃣ Saturday in front of the football? Popcorn instead of chips/crisps (depending on which part of the world you live in 🇦🇺/🇬🇧) is a great option for snacking 🍿 (and you don’t get oil all over your hands. 5️⃣It’s Sunday morning and time for brunch, choosing poached over fried is a perfect eggsample 🍳 of how to limit Big Breakfast calories. Now if only poached bacon 🥓 was a thing. These are just suggestions, obviously if you want the wine/fried eggs you should have them. Después de cumplir con un paseíto en familia toca preparar el desayuno pero antes queríamos compartir esta recetita, son galletitas con textura similar a un polvorín dulce y riquísimo, no son crujientes pero Alberto volvió preguntándome cuando se las volvía a preparar jajaja!! Ahí va👇 . Recetita minigalletitasfit: Para la masa... 🔸30 ml de aceite de coco 🔹150 gr de harina de avena sabor pepitas de chocolate😉 En un bol mezclamos muy bien ambos ingredientes y colocamos sobre nuestro molde o papel vegetal, dando la forma deseada. A algunas les puse mermelada, otras las dejé solo con el agujerito para ponerle chocolate luego y otras les puse almendras crudas (las favoritas de alberto) Ponemos en el horno precalentado a 200 ° durante 25 min. Las sacamos del horno, dejamos que enfríen un poquito y nos ponemos con la cobertura a las de choco. Ponemos una onza en el microondas y rellenamos las galletitas. Прямиком с душного вагона плацкарта 😰 . Железнодорожная романтика, стук по рельсам , все это медленно погружает в сон 😴 . Путешествия на поездах это очень удобно, ведь ложась спать в одном городе на утро ты уже в другом. Время пролетает быстро , если только рядом с вами не начнут есть вареные яйца 😂 . Исходя с собственноно опыта, раскажу вам о том, что нужно знать отправляясь в долгий путь 🚂 . Начинать нужно с покупки билета, идеально для меня - верхняя полка , ведь там никто не мешает и можно спокойно лечь поспать или разгадывать кроссворды, если вам немнога за тридцать 😂 . Как бы не было романтично и круто, но чай или «мАк-кофе» в поезде лучше не пить , ведь резервуари с водой никто не чистит 🤷🏻‍♂️ и проблеми с пищеварениям вам не нужни. . Влажные салфетки - это ваше спасение в долгой дороге, микробов в вагоне достаточно, а вы будете блестеть и пахнуть 😉 .
