Next was a incredibly tender poached trout. The fish basically melted in your mouth and was complimented well with the crunchy daikon. Unfortunately the toasted nori was a bit soggy.

Our rose veal comes from the a great farm called Weston’s in Devon it’s high welfare meat which everyone who drinks milk ought to be eating. Try in with our salads, bulghur wheat bowls or in a sourdough wrap. You won't be disappointed. @boroughmarket

Mita style pan fried dumplings
📝: The special sauce, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes absolutely made these dumplings for me! The flavors combined with the filling was very well balanced. However, the dumplings were not even remotely close to being pan-fried crispy, which for me, is a major negative😲
