Ahh, Father’s Day. I don’t think I can explain how much my dad has taught me throughout the years. He introduced me to pretty much everything I know today. He got me into dirt bikes and snowmobiles when I was 4, I decided to take up percussion because he is a drummer, I love the 80’s music because of him, I can go on and on. He is the definition of “workaholic”. There hasn’t been a day when I didn’t learn something new from him. I can’t even count all the sacrifices he’s made for me over the years...especially all the Father’s Day’s he spent at my all-day soccer tournaments...⚽️.
Thanks for playing Nintendo at 10 P.M after a 14+ hour workday consisting of fixing cars 😂.
Getting his own business 15 years ago in Guilderland was the best thing that happened to this family. A very busy family run business with the nicest clientele is everything we could ask for, and it wouldn’t exist without my dad being the backbone. He taught me about work ethics, how to deal with people, and most importantly, how to read people. My favorite piece of advice that stuck with me is... Why try and control outcomes that cannot be controlled? If people want to be spiteful, jealous, distant, envious, etc., let them be, it only shows exactly who they are on the inside.
Here’s to another Father’s Day, and here’s to many more years of laughter, memories, and experiences. 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
