Hooray!! Perfect day for a run to the lake. 11+ miles later and I'm still giggling and smiling about the day. Sections of the trail had 18" of fresh snow. I was slipping and sliding and trudging and had to walk a lot of that milage but couldn't stop smiling about it all. It was so much fun running and playing in the winter wonderland. And I made a new furry friend who was having just as much fun as I was.
Rain dumping down around the richmond area, viewed from the lockleys pylon track. Thats Mt Hay road snaking around the mountain. Its all about timing, good luck and having your camera on you at all times. 🤙
Sometimes it can be refreshing to feel extremely small, usually it's in a big and beautiful place like this slot canyon in Capitol Reef Nat. Park though. #Utahtravels #capitolreef #Utah
the art of being happy lies in the power of extracting happiness from common things
Some of the coolest things ever. Thanks @deveneewolfman
for showing me around valley of fire 🔥
Pretty cool watching a storm roll in from miles off the coast hit and roll out within about an hour's time. If your not a fan of any type of weather in Oregon just wait 30 minutes and it will be gone.
It was incredible to see this woman carry a huge bundle of firewood on her back up the mountain. Still had a smile on her face
Obligatory plane pics, so excited to get out there
Me. Moi. Moi. Pistolet braqué sur la tempe.
And so the adventure begins
Exploring the east side of Canada for my first time has left me wanting more. From vibrant Toronto, to the uniqueness of Kensington Market, to Niagara On The Lake's charming wineries, to beautiful Lake Ontario. So much life (even in winter conditions), plenty of good energy, and lasting impressions. Thank you to my friends @chadmerced
, and @charlenedinger
for welcoming me with open arms and the most incredible hospitality, especially on such spontaneity. And thank you Niagara Falls for slowing time down, even for a moment. 🇨🇦 #philupadventures
Corvette. Chevrolet. Organe.
Reliving Monday’s sunset to dull the pain of returning to work tonight ✨
Getting lost amongst the snow gums... 💚
Being a part of a community/society is having a sense of identity, but having a passport/skin color/religion isn't enough for a sense of belonging. Identity is sacred, and that's why it is our duty to be the best possible ambassadors of our community. While living in NY, I see myself as an ambassador of Pakistan and the Muslim community, and hence thrive to be proud yet vigilant about issues that surround me. It's my understanding that having an identity is a responsibility, not a privilege and if we come across cracks/flaws; we need to mend them rather than ignore them. If drugs, honor killings, sexism, extremism, domestic violence, school shootings, discrimination prevail, do me a favor and stop comparing statistics of your society with others. True, these issues are real and probably more prevalent in other countries, but that doesn't mean that we should sit back and devalue the extent of problems we face. Love is a blessing, yet needs commitment and justice, and if we yell at our respective Independence Days like "I love Pakistan" etc etc, do prove that by being doing your civil and humane duties. Love your identity, Love yourself, Love your roots and do yourself proud (not just nagging adults who will never appreciate your efforts). Till later, tata.

Oregon Coast: worth chilling in the same spot despite 30 degree weather, rain, and 70 mile an hour winds.
A hidden gem in the Trinity Alps, Hidden Lake.

Day 6 - 7: Feb 22 - 23, 2018 | Dingboche, Nepal | 4, 410MASL | -20°C
Taking off your gloves in a -6°C temperature to take a selfie with the beautiful Mt. Ama Dablam is all worth it. .
Today, we were supposed to acclimatize at the town of Chukung as we stay in Dingboche for a day but as life tested our sense of direction, we stopped at this town which is still an hour away from the correct point. At least, we moved a bit higher. Isn't that amazing? 😜😜😜
7 hours, 180 floors, 17.51km, 26,155 steps and a gorgeous set of views! ⛰🏔⛰🏔
