It was a hit with the kids althought Amelie didn't kike the idea of eating "funny bunny" but after much protesting she tried it and asked fot second.
Husband not so much he seemed excited earlier in the day buy was excited wheb he got to finally eat it.
Oh well he had coconut shrimp for lunch so dont feel too bad for him.
Over the course of 2 weeks I have bought a house, moved, unpacked, turned 40, went skydiving... I am tired! And also unbelievably happy & thankful. Ready for life to settle down a little bit. Doing some food prep in my new kitchen & looking forward to a new week. ✨#veryhappy #thisis40 #life

3 days up north was much needed for my family. Although I ate healthy for breakfast and lunch, I did allow for icecream 🍦 and a splurge at a greasy diner 🍔. Was it worth it? Sure! But it was planned and I didn’t go out of control.
Now that I am back, I am so excited to get back to my routine and start my newest workout program hat is only 4 days per week and only 30-40 minutes each. Yes you heard it- 4 days per week! That’s 3 rest days as opposed to the 1 rest day and hour workouts. •
Think you can’t? Think again. If you can read and follow directions, there is no reason you couldn’t have massive success in this 8 week program. You in? ❤️✌🏼

Setting myself up for success this week with mega meal prep! (You can see what I made in my stories 👆🏻) My breakfasts and lunches are taken care of which is awesome, because even though I’m home all day, my days are crazy and I need easy-to-grab foods so I don’t eat junk!
I’m also setting up my weights and making sure all my iThings are charged so I can get up and get moving! Laundry is being done, kitchen being cleaned, and swimming bags are packed! I am going to RULE this week!

Our plans of travel started on our first date but have always been on the back burner to the kids, careers, planning for future things. But this gal is having a big birthday and for that birthday I’m (finally!) getting a stamp in my passport! So very excited and nervous for our adventures! Hoping it’s the start to years of them together, like we planned all those years ago.
We are headed to the Azores for hiking, canyoning, great food and gorgeous views. It’s my first time out of the country, and our first time away from the kids for a week.
