...some days you gotta dance.
Be sure to maintain & balance relationships with people whom while also doing so for themselves, support your mental, physical, emotional & spiritual health.
Balance your books. Your day and night. Your indoor activities with outdoor activities. Family and friends. Business and leisure.
And sometimes it does not mean to lower one to meet the other, but to elevate it all to meet its next level.
Or get you someone who does it all 💫
I talked about creating positive habits in my last post.
Exercise is one of them but is really hard for some to stick with.
What stops you? What are your obstacles?
⏳Time? 😣Pain? 😱Not knowing where to begin?
⏳You'll only ever find time for exercise when it becomes a priority to you. Once it becomes a realization that exercising makes you feel good about yourself, you'll want to keep doing it....
😣 Exercise doesnt have to be painful. Exercise doesn't even have to look like what I'm doing in this video which some have said "why do you want to kill yourself" (lol, hence the title of my video). I am just at a place where I like to challenge myself. Im 35 years strong and won't allow myself to believe i am getting weaker. But yeah exercise is about moving your body however it might feel good. And if one day you feel you can push it a little more, push it a little more, and then a little more. Your body CAN get stronger! You'd be amazed! Don't believe everything that they try and tell you about getting old and crippled. You'll only ever be if you believe you'll be and allow it to happen. Sorry, I'm the crazy type of person who believes in the power of the mind.
😱The easiest way to begin is to set a plan. Whether youre hitting the gym or just going for a walk. Schedule it and plan it. Write down the routine you're going to do at the gym. Write down the amount of miles/time you're going to walk/run. Hold yourself accountable or have someone support you (meeee)! 🙌🙌

in these extemporaneous times...
"Why do you reach for the skies, Wayward Son? Is it God you reach out for? There is no heaven. There is no God. For I have walked the halls of divinity and found only an empty throne. There is only I, the Depression that marked you since childhood, living in my hell, in a room with your name on the door."
"No. It's not God I am reaching out for. There's a tiny nest of baby birds on the tree, I thought one was about to fall. It didn't. Whether God exists or not, it doesn't matter. I believe he exists, and that's all that matters.
I go to nature to be soothed, and retain that which makes me human - my humanity. And remind myself why I keep fighting. For the trees, the ocean of fields, for the baby birds..for life.
Nature is divine. No matter how strong the storms are, nature endures...and so will I. And by the way, you need better locks on the door. I'll just escape again." ---- #mentalhealthawareness #depression #depressionkills #anxiety #writer #solitude #spirituality #warriors #health #accomplish #runner #nature #blogger #fighting #demons #wonderlust #wanderer #appearance #photography #time #naturetherepy #appearance #thinker #mentaltraining #loneliness #trees #peace #mentalillness #winning #divine

MSMG

"Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary"
THE CHRISTIAN must not only believe in the Son of God, as we have seen, but also in His Incarnation. St. John, after having written of things subtle and difficult to understand, points out the Incarnation to us when he says: "And the Word was made flesh" [Jn 1:14]. Now, in order that we may understand something of this, I give two illustrations at the outset.
It is clear that there is nothing more like the Word of God than the word which is conceived in our mind but not spoken. Now, no one knows this interior word in our mind except the one who conceives it, and then it is known to others only when it is pronounced. So also as long as the Word of God was in the heart of the Father, it was not known except by the Father Himself; but when the Word assumed flesh—as a word becomes audible—then was It first made manifest and known. "Afterwards He was seen upon earth and conversed with men" [Baruch 3:38] Another example is that, although the spoken word is known through hearing, yet it is neither seen nor touched, unless it is written on paper. So also the Word of God was made both visible and tangible when He became flesh. And as the paper upon which the word of a king is written is called the word of the king, so also Man to whom the Word of God is conjoined in one "hypostasis" is called the Son of God. "Take a great book and write in it with a man's pen" [ls 8:1]. Therefore, the holy Apostles affirmed: "Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary"

Finding the right words ain't easy. Asking honestly yourself or Thy Lord, may give you the answer.. but your mind has to be open 👁 and grateful for what you receive 🧙🏼♂️
