Worked up to 515 beltless PR then 555lb for a single. Once rest, recovery and nutrition get dialed in 555 should be a warm up set. Never stop grinding... never!

Finally!!! I got 515 with the resistance bands which add about 20-200lbs give or take depending on how I’m feeling. 😝 then I went for 525... not today.

I don’t post too many failures and that’s partly because I’m pretty risk adversed however one thing I am learning is that calculated risk is vital for growth. Here is my 515lb fail (not once but twice) with black bands which is about an extra 60lb towards the top and a stiff bar.
Hit 385x7 for some volume.
