Motivation Monday 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Left: about 6 years ago struggling with 335 Right: last week pulling 585. Looking back, I attribute my growth with these two important factors.
1.) Purpose: I see Powerlifting (Strength training) as more than a fun hobby. I heard a saying once “The way you do anything is the way you do everything” That simple quote triggered something inside of me. Life can be extremely harsh, heavy, and brutal but I was created to dominate this life in every area. I won’t let the world defeat me the same way I won’t let these bars defeat me! When the worlds evil thought it was beating me I was actually getting stronger 💪. 2.) Accountability: I had a responsibility to show up every day not only to myself but to my lifting family. The same way I was battling life, so were they. We push each other, encourage each other, and expect the best from each other. Without my @fenixstrongdotcom
family and more importantly my friend and coach @o.g.flexican
I wouldn’t be nearly as strong at the gym or in life without them. Find your tribe and stick to them!
