Katherine, during my travels I’ve had the chance to try some pretty fancy cuisine at some nice places, but what I’ve learned is that salmon is salmon anywhere you go and you could probably get the same damn dish in the states, from New York to California because salmon is a state of mind... lol so don’t mind if I do and don’t mind if I don’t! Also, Caccio de Pepe is good anywhere in the world too as long as it’s made fresh from scratch and by someone who knows something about food... 😋 .
Spent the afternoon with @nicholasphan at The Ned. A beautiful building that was formerly the Midland Bank. The banking hall was transformed into multiple restaurants serving various cuisines and separate members areas. A very good place to chill and listen to nice music.
