Sharing a little #FRIDAY
inspiration from @shayarthur
The only story that is mine to offer the world is my own. Years ago I wouldn’t have wanted to share my story with you. Shocking, I know! The very story that I was most afraid of sharing has brought me the most freedom! Isn’t that the way it goes typically! My best friend has this saying “fear hides the gold”. It’s so true, most of our lives will be spent hiding a part of us that we are so fearful to show, scared that we will be rejected only to prove our feelings of rejection that we are already tortured by. Well the most liberating process I submitted to was to face myself knowing that in the facing of oneself you will come face to face with God. Why? God lives in you and often the thing that gets in the way of seeing him is that we see ourselves way to much and better yet we see ourselves with the wrong filters. Your beliefs are like filters. Believe you are loved and you will see love all around you. Believe you are worthless or don’t belong, all is rejection. The most liberating process has also been the most costly and at times painful yet so great! I love sharing my story now and it still blows me away that I spent so many years hiding it all because I was fearful! I am def. still walking lots out but I love sharing with you all and seeing God take the thing that gave me so much fear and use it to set people free!!! Often times, the story that you are most ashamed of is the one that bring the most liberation to you and others. You are worth the journey of wholeness, healing, and oneness with Papa God! #justshayin #writersofinstagram #socality #truth #trust #hope #faith #love #revivalstartswithme #livelifebeautifully #lovelikejesus #liveauthentic #explore #theinstagramlab #encouragement #inspiration #imcute #soworthloving

It’s been a hot minute since I did a Friday introduction and there are a few new faces around here so here goes!
My name is Amber and I’m the owner of Rock & Stone. I’m British, a dog mom to @zekeandalfie
and married to Jonathan, who works on Alexa for Amazon, I always joke that she’s like the 3rd person in this marriage 🤷🏻♀️😂
I turned my back on my 18 year corporate career almost exactly a year ago to focus on Rock & Stone and while I know a lot of people thought I was crazy it was definitely the best decision I’ve ever made!
People always ask the best part of my job and I would definitely say it’s the clients.. From that warm fuzzy feeling you get when people want to work with you, right through to the tears on their wedding day (mine and theirs!) being chosen to be part of something so special and getting to bring their dreams to life is the most incredible privilege and I know everyone says this, but I really do have THE coolest couples! 😆
The hardest part about giving up corporate life was the social aspect. I spent so long being surrounded by thousands of (mostly!) likeminded people and to suddenly work from home and in a new state was a big shock to the system! I guess that’s why I’m so incredibly focussed on building a community here and so excited about the launch of @thecollective_seattle
What else? My favorite cocktail is an Amaretto sour..I love color, texture, travel, wine, my people, my dogs, Netflix bingeing, wedding crafts... and all of you who made it to the end of this crazy long post 😂 Happy Friday bebes 😘

The longer I am a part of this whole movement to better my health and internal ~systems~, the more I realize how important supplements are 🤩⠀
This is just a TINY glimpse of what Young Living offers✨⠀
Super B 👉🏻 for boosting natural energy and helping with deficiencies of B vitamins that a lot of us have (ever wonder why you’re so exhausted? One word - deficiency!)⠀
Multigreens 👉🏻 for making sure your body has all of the greens it needs in a day! Such an easy way to make sure you’re feeding that bod. ⠀
Cortistop 👉🏻 for helping with the cortisol spikes your body has in a day. Hello sustained energy levels and happy heart! ⠀
I gotta question...⠀
What’s your fave supplement to take and why?⠀ ⠀
This Macedonian red at @localbillings
was surprisingly enjoyable, but our evening full of life-giving conversation with @montanamoxie
wasn’t, because I always walk away from time spent with her encouraged and reminded of the Lord’s loving provision.
Your ACTions and reACTions are the only things you can control

Nothing like a little coffee shop inspiration from one of my favorite spots in Austin.
Managing a social presence for your brand can be overwhelming. But the key I've found for clients is to really nail down the intent. What key part of your story are you trying to tell with that post?
We all feel the pressure to have a perfectly curated grid of beautiful images, but are you really cultivating a community or driving profit with another pretty picture?
What makes your brand special? What drove you to do what you do? Why do you want to share your services or product with people? Think of your posts as a way to answer a question, provide a solution or educate. Start with the fundamentals, take a deep breath and your social strategy will come together. Happy Friday!

Off to Madison, Wisconsin this weekend to celebrate my little niece or nephew! 🍼 My older sis is pregnant with the first grandbaby...so it’s safe to say I lost my “favorite child” status.
Suhhhhh dudes! I’ve met so many new people over the last few weeks, and, let’s be honest, a giveaway means lots of new followers (#freestuff
), so a lot of you don’t know me and what I’m about! SO here it goes...I’m Lucy, I love photographing portraits, and I loveeeee being around people. I’m an Enneagram 7 (the enthusiast) and Myers Briggs ENFP, which basically means having FUN is my biggest motivation and I’m an extreme extrovert! Except for at night, when I introvert hard and all I wanna do is get on Netflix and eat a #fourthmeal
(shout out to Amy’s spinach pizza which I have stacks of in my freezer at all times). I’m based in Orlando, and from Orlando, but so down to travel anywhere! This industry is getting more and more saturated by the second, so I think one of the biggest things I can do to distinguish myself is have my hopefully future clients get to know me, the person who’d be capturing their personality, story, and life! :) Anyway, thanks for taking the time to get to know me, and if we’ve never met, feel free to comment or DM me to say hey!
If ya need me, this is where I’ll be all weekend ✌🏼 signing off of here to focus on my clients and take time to relax! I hope you all have a great weekend 🤗
“Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii everyone oh my gosh I’m Haley and I just like love, like, life ya know?! Wine and dogs and leighton and ugh TRAVEL and I’m an IFJAKQJWHABCDEFG what are youuuuuu ok loveeeee uuuu bye!!!” - this Friday introduction submitted by @leightonchicoine
and I’m crying. 😂
I was sitting and trying to be "inspired" and just waiting for the perfect caption to come to mind.. I said to myself "What if I wrote about never knowing how to be vulnerable enough to know what to write it about?" and BOOM.
While I was riding back from The Gathering Event (bless those two women), my friend and I were writing about how much we suck at being vulnerable in our posts!!! And I said, "You know, I would rather there be truth in my posts and it show the real me, rather than FAKING some personal crap!" I swear I had like a small epiphany lol. If you feel like you have nothing to say.. THAT'S OKAY!! The right time will come when you do have something important to share! Whatever you do don’t force it! 👏🏼
I moved to Las Vegas about a month ago and I don't think I'll ever get used to living around palm trees - it feels like a forever vacation! 🌴
Tell me >> where do you live and what is your favorite thing about your city??
I get asked often, "Rachel, how do I know God is leading me in this? How do I know it's His voice?"🤔
I get it. It's difficult for us to know how to KNOW an intangible God when we are such tangible beings. We want to see, touch, feel, taste all the aspects of God...okay maybe not literally taste God, but you know what I mean. So how do you get to know this God and hear His voice in your life? By doing the things that connect your heart with Him: read your Bible, pray, and sit still long enough to listen.
This is how we have coffee with Jesus. It's how we would "get together" with Him. Connecting with Him like we would connecting over the phone with a best friend. And the more you communicate with Him and spend time with Him in these ways the more you will know the sound of His voice in your life.
For some reason, many of us put these tasks on the backburner. We put Him on the backburner. Only connecting when its convenient or when we are desperate for something. Would you do this with your true friends #IRL
(in real life)? No! If so, maybe it's time to become a better friend.😏
God needs to be first in your life for you to hear His voice above the noise of life. Connect with Him and you will know His voice the more you spend time knowing Him through reading, praying, and listening in the stillness. Xo!
Did you even go to Santorini if you’re not still posting photos of it 3 months later like a basic b? 💁🏼💁🏼
You, scrolling! 🛑 Stop, sit with me for a minute and let this sink in. ☕️ Yes, I'm asking you to actually read the caption.
Today, I got in a little handstand practice. This shit when I started scared the crap out of me. It felt totally un-achievable. It's something I've wanted to so bad, for so long. It almost seems impossible to me that today, yes I found my balance and was able to take those toes away from the wall. Even if only for a few seconds. I want to celebrate this moment. Once handstands come easily to me I know I will forget how the journey to them felt.
So for you, what is something that scares you? What is something you want to do but you've always told yourself no for some reason? Why are you telling yourself no?
Is it because it's going to be hard? Well the time is going to pass whether you do it or not.
Is it because you feel like people will judge you? Here's the thing most people don't care about you (they just don't- they have their own shit to worry over). And the people who may judge you- they'll probably judge you whether you're doing that cool new thing or not so what does it really matter?
You are capable of cool new things. You are capable of learning more. You are capable of doing more.
Find things that make you a little uncomfortable and keep trying them out.
Never think of yourself as a failure, or weak. We are all just works in progress.
Yes, you can still struggle with dry skin even in the Summer

A little #fridayintroductions
for the new faces around here! I'm Danielle! I'm married to a handsome man who is opposite of me in more ways than we are similar. It's pretty comical and always fun! I'm a mother to a super cute toddler boy. It's what keeps me on my toes every day. I'm slowly learning how to balance all that life has to offer which has been so rewarding. Stretching, but rewarding. My little family went to the beach last weekend and it was glorious. Beautiful weather and sand between our toes. Nothing better! My husband grabbed my camera and snapped this photo of me. I love how he reminds me to not shy away from being in front of the camera since I'm typically behind it. We love adventures! We're dreaming of our next one. What do you have planned for this weekend? I hope it involves an adventure near or far!
My car duet partner, my fellow Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings/Star Wars nerd, my brother in arms in the trenches of parenthood, my live-in comedian, my reminder of the Lord’s unfailing love. I’ll never be more thankful that someone was born or that God chose us for each other.
Happy birthday Jeremy Michael. I’ll love you for a million more. #beating50percent
(PS there’s a fun walk down memory lane in my stories)

So, as you know, PBC (Prayer, Bible, Caffeine) is a staple to every morning. It starts my day with the jumpstart I love, and meditation is the conduit that channels the PBC energy in the direction it needs to go. Whether it's healing, wisdom, creativity, resolving conflict, or connecting to the source of your strength, meditation can help you aim the energy you have fostered. Here's the key to success with this practice: Do it Everyday! Not just when you feel like you need to be centered, because by that time, you're already off center. If you PBC and meditate daily, you not only build up a store of positive energy, but you get into the routine of having your hands in how your day goes. It doesn't matter what comes during your day when you have an amazingly strong aura of energy around you!
Happy Friday, and I love you all!!

I have been shooting wedding for 7 years (🤔 maybe longer... I can't remember because #mombrain
🤣) this year. Wait... what?!? How and when did that happen?! Feels like last weekend when I shot my first wedding.
Want to know my #1
tip to brides and grooms? Don't sweat the small stuff! Things probably won't go the way you have planned. But having the wrong shade color of ribbon, garden roses that aren't exactly full enough to be a "garden rose" or a cake that's a biiiittt lopsided isn't going to stop you from walking down the isle and saying "I do". Even a bee stings to the foot couldn't stop one of my brides🐝! Surround yourself with people that love and care about you no matter what happens on your big day.
To the good stuff in life...
Dancing to records, cuddling on couches, finding natural products that work, puppy kisses, dinner with friends, late night snuggles, early morning ☕️ talking to God, spontaneous weekends with my family and zero obligations. .
Happy Friday, everyone!
Double tap if you love travel! 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️ On our most recent episode, we discussed our favorite places to travel and where we would love to go next! ✈️ Now we want to hear from you! Where do you want to travel to? What is your dream destination? Comment below!
We can't wait to hear more about your destinations and hopefully we can add them to our own travel lists! 🙌 #thecreativelegacypodcast #clpodcast #creativelegacy #podcastlove #risingtidesociety

: Recall a moment in your life when you were so full of joy or triumph that your countenance was EXULTANT and radiant to behold!!! 💙💙💙
Are you smiling...? 😊
Good!!! Keep smiling and make today ridiculously amazing!!! 😘
After many months of deliberation and prayer I have decided to put our shop on hold. In June, I welcomed my first baby into the world! Motherhood has been more challenging and time consuming then I expected! In order to give my best to my family and new season, as well as She Laughs, I felt it was time to make some hard decisions.
The shop will be closed indefinitely. This is the perfect time to make more room for the Lord to guide and speak into the direction and efforts of She Laughs. She Laughs was always meant to be more than just a shop. I have a sense that the Lord wants to do something new and fresh in She Laughs as a whole. In order to gain clarity from the Lord over His will for She Laughs, I have also decided to give our daily social media posts a break. I really believe the time myself and the team takes to [pray and seek the Lord] will bring about new initiatives and fresh vision for She Laughs.
At the end of the day, our greatest desire is to impart identity, authority and freedom in Christ to women around the world. This season of pruning will give us a new direction to accomplish our mission. Thank you for laughing with us and for being a part of our community. We can’t wait to discover what the Lord has in store for his daughters through The She Laughs Project.
A sneak peak at my new site 😍
It’s important to me that the design is minimal so that the content can shine! I want my website copy to resonate with my audience and relate to their needs. It also helps that I have some amazing photos taken by @rachellynn.mn

🤣🤣🤣 Recently I discovered a little something called PUBLIC IMAGE in Rotary and that.is.my.jam.👏🏾👏🏾 Once I became my club’s PI chair things really took off.
My club won 1st in Public Image out of 82 clubs & I own an award for my “excellence in communications”. Fast forward to today, I am my district’s Public Image Vice Chair, I design @rotaryinternational
apparel for the 7570 Swag Shop and I was recently featured in Rotary’s magazine THE ROTARIAN. I’ve got speaking engagements booked through 2020.
NO ONE would book me before because I was “just another marketing strategist” but NOW I’m the Duchess of Public Image 👑. Here’s a bit of unsolicited advice. FIND A NARROW NICHE. Find some random, off the wall, bizarre even niche that you can sink your teeth into. Stop trying to find a box to call your own. When you find a narrow niche, you get to determine the path you can take to make it your own. That’s freedom.
Seriously. Think about it. What is something you could become known for that’s memorable and fulfilling for you? It can be a predictable niche but what’s your unique angle? #fridayintroductions
I took the kids to the State Fair last night and it was honestly the best time I have ever had there. The weather was seriously ideal! Let’s face it, when the weather is awesome on a summer night, time stops and everything feels perfect. .

Just a friendly reminder 🍯
Did you know for the last [almost] 30 years I’ve always lived on the coast? Growing up in New England ➡️ moving down Florida’s East Coast for my high school and college years ➡️ to Florida’s Gulf Coast for a short period before ➡️ marrying a handsome fella in the United States Coast Guard who took us to the OBX of NC ➡️ trading military life for a more geographically stable civilian life and settling here in Sarasota! Phew. The ocean is my happy place 💯 and I plan on sending off my twenties no other place than on the water! But let’s not talk about that celebration quite yet... I still have a few weeks to claim my 20’s! 🛥🥂#notindenial #fridayintroductions #thirtyflirtyandthriving #goodvibes
This week has been a whirlwind of packing and adulting. Later today we’ll load everything up and make our way to Bloomington. 🚗💨
We’re both going to miss this place. Its where we went on our first date, where we’d come to watch the sunset, where he proposed, and where we enjoyed our first year as a married couple. We have so many good memories here, but I’m excited for this next adventure and the memories it will bring, too!! 💛
If you’re in Bloomington, let’s connect! I’d love to get to know ya. 🤗 Also, if you’re from the area, what’s your favorite coffee shop to visit? You know I have to ask. 🤷🏼♀️☕️
I'm Leslie Garcia, founder of @counselingspace
I started CEO Motions to teach female entrepreneurs all around the world proactive strategies to manage depression, chronic stress and anxiety while running their business. I'm hoping to expand the items I provide and add wellness candles to the site early fall. What relaxing scents would you like to see me offer?
Our bouquets this season have been UNREAL. Totally supportive of this greenery trend sticking around forever and ever ✨
I’m always a sucker for a in-home session, but it’s not often that you step into the ultimate dream kitchen/living room to make that magic happen🍋🌿
Brooke and Vinny’s vision for their engagement shoot aligned with so many things I love. A cozy, bright space (also throw in a lemon apron and muffins 🍋) - where I obsessed over their sweet new home they recently completely renovated. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And then finishing at @prherbfarm
with the ultimate beautiful light through the greenhouses and fields of green! It was the perfect mix of two worlds 🌿🌸
